Fine place to stay in Seattle!
PLUSES:This hotel was a wonderful place to stay, It is perfectly located in downtown Seattle and is a short walk from the Pike Place Market. Room was clean and the view of Seattle was awesome, we upgraded at check-in for a high room and we were not disappointed ($10). The room actually looked just like the picture on their site, I was amazed. We stayed one night prior to our Alaskan cruise and this hotel was great.The Minuses (as always):They have no airport shuttle and no breakfast (other than room service) I wouldn't even bring it up, but the price we paid I was hoping for at least a little breakfast before we left. THEY DID HAVE A NICE COFFEE MAKER!I really can't say anything bad about this hotel, other than the above mentioned little wants... Everyone was very helpful, service was awesome and the location could not have been better for the short stay we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff made my day!
Only after boarding a flight to Atlanta did I realize I left my iPad in the room! The front desk manager, Josh, was waiting for my call, overnighted it to me the next day. Nuff said. They are always courteous and professional to the nth degree! Thanks guys.

Overall good hotel - great location
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the concierge particularly was amazing. This is the perfect location; there are several great restaurants nearby and is walking distance to Pikes Place etc. The balcony windows do not open whch was disappointing but the view was good. The only real complaint we had was the mini bar where all the items are weighted so you cant use it as a fridge. We found out afterwards that you can request a mini fridge be brought up, but not sure if there is a charge for that or not..Also, there was no fan in the bathroom so it got really steamy. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here as neither of those are really serious issues.. The parking is expensive ($40 a night) but we found a deal for free valet parking for both nights we stayed, so that was a real bonus. Also this hotel is great for pet owners who want/need to travel with their pet, since not all hotels allow pets.

Good Location, Average Hotel
Positives: the round towers enable all rooms to have good views; good locationNegatives:. First they couldn't locate my reservation then one day the wake up call system didn't work. Luckily I set a backup on my ipad otherwise I would have missed my flight. Desk attendant said they sometimes have trouble with 5am wakeup calls. Hotel is nothing to write home about but inoffensive.

Not worth the price
No wifi in the rooms. They charge a $10 fee for in room wifi, but offer it without a charge in the lobby-which seemed strange. AND they charge to use the mini fridge. Which apparently is weighted, so they will know if you put your own beverages in there. The sheets were crunchy. Ick.
