Good price-Clean rooms
Stayed for 5 nights in May 2013. Valuable price, friendly staff and clean hotel.Not very far from the city center. The hotel is a five minutes walk away from tow metro stations crime and corentin cariou.It's a good choice if you don't spend much time in the hotel

Value for Money, Slightly Far Out, Definitely NOT for Summer
Stayed in this property for 5 nights in April 2013. Overall, good choice to save money but location is a bit far out. Note that I would NOT recommend this if your going in summer as the room is hot and air con is very weak. If you're going in other season, should be more manageable.Pro:- Relatively cheap for Paris- Modern room, amenities, LCD TV, free stable wifi in room, water boiler (with tea, coffee, sugar, cream). No in room safety box though.- Cleaned everyday (although they don't change your sheets at all until you checked out) - Near supermarket and few eateries. There are also halal certified and kosher eateries nearby (separate restaurants of course). There's a local boulangerie nearby where locals go, have a try! - Area doesn't feel as dangerous as Sacre Coueur or Chatelet area where there are many buskers. I wouldn't say its completely safe eather, there are homeless and a bar nearby. But I did arrived safely getting home past 10 pm several times.Cons:- Located a bit far from key attractions (about 20-25 mins to louvre) but painless. Nearest metro is Corentin Corieau.- Sound proofing a bit weak, can clearly hear noises from hallway and next room- Toilet water pressure is really weak, had to flush everything at least twice- Staff not willing to go extra miles. We accidentally bought half cooked meal due to our dietary restrictions. We asked whether they can fry it for us and we're even willing to pay. They're not willing to, even if they can do it in 5 mins or so. We ended up have to throw away the 1 kg food.So will I stay here again? Yes if I can't find anything cheaper ensuite, but definitely not in summer. If you find my review to be helpful, I would appreciate if you would click that helpful vote.

Basic - perhaps a bit less than basic as well
Its Paris. So I didnt expect a big room and luxury mod cons. But this was not even as basic as an Ibis or a Premier Inn. The bed was smaller than a standard double. It was noisy (i checked, it doesnt matter what room you get, they are all noisy!) The towels were stinky, the hair dryer didnt work (we didnt mind since we didnt need it) and there wasnt adequate toiletries.The guys at the front desk werent very forthcoming and one of them was quite rude as well (maybe thats Paris for you again!)The bright side is that its an excellent location, a stones throw from the metro and good restaurants within walking distance. But thats about it I would say.

close to Paris Nord station
I stayed in this hotel with my partner for 3 nights from 4/04/2013 to 7/04/2013.We enjoyed our stay. I chose this hotel mainly because it was 10min away from Paris Nord. The hotel is only 3 min walking from the METRO and its situated on a main street with shops and bakery. Our room was small with a small en suite but that was all we needed for a weekend in Paris-after all we went ther to see Paris not to stay in a hotel room for free days....It was clean and we didnt get the main street view which I think was much better as we didnt hear all the noise from the street. Breakfast was very good too- a nice continental buffet with the choice of bread, ham, tea, coffe etc...we only bought breakfast once simply because we didnt really want to get up before 8 to have breakfast, But that was our choice because we did a lot of sightseeing - mainly from about 10 am to midnight almost every day so we decided to grab something from the shop on our way to Metro. If you dont mind getting up early in the morning for breakfast- we would definitely recomend eating in Campanile hotel.We enjoyed our stay in this hotel but I must say we hated the pillows--- they were very uncomfortable and we ended up using the decorative pillows that were much better......Overall- good value from money, clean very friendly receptionists and what we really like was that we had to check out by 12pm and they let us and other guests to leave our luggage for the rest of a day before our train back to Uk which was really great and helpfull as we had onother 8 hours to spend in Paris without carrying our bags around.

Nice modern hotel!
I stayed at Hotel Campanile Paris 19 - La Villette with my boyfriend in may. We really loved the time spent there. It's small, calm and cozy place. Everything was great. We'd known that the hotel's rooms in Paris are small most of all, so it wasn't a surprise, I even thought it'd be smaller.The room had nice style and clean, I loved the color:) Towels've been changing everyday, everything's in a good condition.The hotel is not in the center of the city, but in fact, it's for the best (for us). Because we could explore lots of places, gardens which aren't in guide-books. And there are plenty of such corners - beautiful buildings, green areas, and mordern houses at the same time. There are several good shops and cafes near the hotel, so you can spend some time in this district with pleasure:)By the way, the neighborhood's very quite and nice, we didn't have any problems. And it takes only 15-25 minutes to get to the center of the city (it depends on there you go).So I highly recommend this hotel to stay in during your trip in Paris:)
