budget service but not budget price
Stayed here for four nights last week. We booked a family room (and upgraded to Executive to get about another six inches of space) and they clearly understood the booking as the sofa bed was made up. But everything else was done as if there were only two of us - two towels, two mugs, two glasses etc. And only one 500ml bottle of free water between us all - when I rang reception to check this was the case, and then complained, I was told that this was because 'this was how the room is designed'. When we got back in on Monday evening our room was a mess - the towels and mugs had been replaced, but the bin hadn't been emptied, a dressing gown was thrown across the sofa (we weren't using it as a bed any more), along with two pillows, the toiletries hadn't been replenished, nor had the coffee - had to phone and ask for more to be brought up. We won't be back - given the price we paid (well over ¿¿100 a night) I'd expect a far better level of service. If I'm going to get budget level service, I'm only prepared to pay budget prices. In fact, I've had far far better experiences at the Premier Inn.

nice enough for a short stay
not a bad place, very clean and room was very nice, albeit quite small, excellent location and most of central manchester is very accessible from here. Not the smoothest check in as they couldnt find my booking but staff generally polite.. in short perfect for a night or two.One quibble is that I am an accor platinum holder and accor really do need to look at what they offer their frequent travellers.. no room upgrade, no real benefit... pretty pointless loyalty scheme.

Ticks all the boxes.
Two night stay. Place is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and eager to be helpful. The food was very good. The only problem being at one breakfast time the bacon and beans ran out and weren't replenished. Thought someone ought to have been keeping more of an eye on things. My room was on the second floor at the side and was very quiet , everything looked new and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The Q car park beneath the hotel is handy but even with the Novotel discount isn't cheap. The hotel is handy for 'Chinatown' loads of places within easy walking distance.

hotel fine very convenient staff very pleasant. Corridors very drab and dated. rooms small for family but still had a god time Breakfast was of choice. In the family bedroom the bed setee was very confortable but no room between beds . However for a weekend absolutely greatDon Giovanis round the corner isma great italian but you may need to book

Great value for money hotel
Spotlessly clean Hotel, lovely room and professional staff. Location is perfect for Manchesters nightlife. Only stayed for one night but would definitely use the Hotel again. Lovely light and airy bar area with reasonable prices.
