Fantastic weekend break - Great for O2
Wow what a fantastic hotel!!! Very modern and all staff are very friendly.Prior to our arrival i emailed the hotel and asked for a room upgrade as it was my mums birthday.I was dealt with by Can Zengin who was very helpful and kindly upgraded us to a suite which was amazing, my mum loved it so Thank You!!!We arrived early at the hotel and our room wasn't ready but reception got housekeeping onto it straight away while we had a drink in the bar.We was on the 6th floor and had a partial river view, the room was one of the nicest rooms i have ever stayed in. We had a seperate living area which had a table in and a double sofa bed which was really comfy and our bathroom had a tv.We hadn't pre booked breakfast but had it both mornings. It was about ¿¿12.95 each but was well worth it i have never seen so much choice for a buffet breakfast and the restaurant had lovely views of the river and O2.The location is perfect for the O2 we got the DLR from Blackwell to Bank then 1stop to the O2 from there and you do the same to get into central London - Blackwell to Bank. If you Google London tube planner this will come in very useful to get around.A lot of people say to get taxis but it was much easier to get on the tube, the que looks big but it only took us about 25min if that to get back to the hotel.All in all we had a fantastic stay and i have booked to go again in 2weeks as we are at the O2 again- i'm taking my partner this time but i am sure he will love it just as much as i did

Great hotel, let down by restaurant
Hotel is v nice, v able reception staff (really helped me out via email prior to our stay to outside some birthday things) clean facilities. Restaurant staff are a bit disorganised, afternoon tea was a bit dry so was a bit disappointing. But, overall - really good stay.

IDEAL BASE FOR O2 ARENA
Spacious modern suite that easily accommodated 3 adults.Fantastic bathroom.Very helpful staff.Great location if attending an event at O2 arena as the hotel is only 2 stops away on the jubilee line.

Big, Friendly Hotel
Stayed for a concert at the O2, taxi there and back wasn¿¿¿t expensive, wee bit of a wait at the O2 for a taxi home but suspect whichever mode of transport you took would be the same. Hotel is lovely, big, clean and very comfortable. The staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly.A small wait at check in, not too long. Suite was comfortable and clean although the lighting was a little dim and you didn¿¿¿t want the curtains open as there were offices directly opposite. The food in the restaurant was of excellent quality and not too expensive, same with the wine. Our waitress, Katerina (I think) was great after my friend had a very garlicky meal, she asked for some parsley which was delivered on a plate with some mint too - fantastic!We didn¿¿¿t have breakfast and checkout was swift with a taxi waiting to take us back to London City Airport (15 mins).My only critical points would be - the bathroom - looks great, is very clean and even has a TV at the end of the bath with the taps are on the side, however the big overflow/waste control unit is at the opposite end from the TV so you can¿¿¿t lie back in the bath and watch TV, my daughter was most disappointed, also the bath actually isn¿¿¿t all that deep either.The other criticism and this is not directly to do with the hotel but the company they use for clients taxi's Carrot Cabs, I think. Our driver/car on way to the O2 smelled strongly of curry which was a wee bit nauseating in a hot car! Other than that an A rated stay.
