I stayed in this hotel in April and I found everything very good, except for one little problem we experienced which was a broken AC but once we informed the staff about it not working, we were immediately moved to another room . Agnes, the receptionist handled the situation very well , I personally found her very helpful. Her bringing up the keys for the new room instantly showed us that she was really there to help us and to find a quick solution. So in my overall experience, the hotel itself offers a very good service (again: very helpful staff), (here i would also like to emphasise the tasty breakfast ) . The location is very central, pretty easy to get anywhere. Next time we get the chance to go to London this hotel will definitely be our first pick.

We stayed in this hotel last night as we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is clean, has friendly staff and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty (cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cheeses, jams, croissants, pain au chocolat, sausages, scrambled eggs, beans). Thank you very much. We'll definitely be back x

Although the location is not very central, is pretty easy to get to the city center. The staff were very helpful, making sure we were happy and greeted all the time. We had a very good time and if we go to London again we will definitely come back.

stayed in this hotel at the start of April on business with a group of colleagues one suspected money had went missing from his room so he set up his mobile phone to watch his room after he had left. cleaner clearly seen lifting five pound note from end of the bed. when this was shown to the management the answer given was she my have mistaken this as a tip. one has to wonder is this the way they do gratuity's

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Saturday night. If it hadn't have been for the hairdryer setting fire whilst I was drying my hair then I probably wouldn't have left a review but it's only fair to mention that this hotel really does need to think about the safety of its guests. We were moved from Room 505 to escape the faulty hairdryer and smoke fumes (the smoke alarm didn't go off but our clothes smelt of smoke so it was a significant amount of smoke) to Room 516 where the hairdryer blew only cold air. I had a look at the appliance tests dates on both and both were due to be tested this month. I think my experience shows that annual appliance tests are not frequent enough. Great value for London at ¿¿80 for b&b and the breakfast is pretty decent. The Manager appreciated our comments on the faulty appliances but did not believe that we should have a refund but gave us free parking. Really his attitude was pretty indifferent when it came to the fact that we had been put in danger. We often use budget hotels for weekends away leaving us more to spend on food & drink but Premier Inn rate way above Holiday Inn on this experience (our first) and we will avoid this hotel group in the future. But it's cheap and only ¿¿14 in a taxi to the Kings Rd so it does have its up side!
