Great Views, Comfy Beds
I really enjoy staying in Crowne Plazas when I travel for work. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are comfortable. I was lucky to get a room with a spectacular view of the water, mountains, downtown, and space needle - the perks of being on the 25+ floor!

The view saved it
I was lucky to be upgraded to a room with a view when I was here. Otherwise the room felt slightly dated. But I can live with that when you have spectacular view over the Space Needle and the water front. The parking was valet parking and even if I had to wait a little bit it worked very wel even if you wanted to get and return your car several times. The location is good both near thenhighway and downtown

Good for conference centre
I came here for a conference. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the convention centre and close to all the shops. I arrived after a 20-hour flight from UK and when I tried to go in my room there was someone else in it!!! Not a great start. Desk apologised and upgraded me to a slightly better room. Breakfast was nice, service perhaps a bit slow, and a little pricey (but par for the course I suppose). Didn't try the restaurant. No complaints. A good business trip.

Great location and staff...
This hotel was in a great location within walking distance to many great shopping areas. The staff was tremendous from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. Great valet experience with super nice drivers and helpful. The staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome; the printed maps with directions to restaurants for us, was understanding when my wife left her sunglasses in the car and allowed us to go in the garage to retrieve it.I really had one bad incident when the smoke alarm went off in the room for no apparent reason and when we called to have someone check it out, it took a while for a response for someone to look into it. We had to leave so I don't even know if anyone looked into it while we were out.Other than that it was a superb stay.

Don't Bother Complaining
We stayed at this hotel about two years ago as part of a Victoria Clipper package and found that, despite having several dozen tv channels, not one of them was Canadian. We complained to the front desk and at best their attitude was indifferent. They seemed puzzled that that would be of interest to us. We subsequently discussed this with the manager and were assurred that it would be rectified. Stayed there again last week and nothing has changed. So much for follow up. Wifi was available at an extra cost.Restaurant food and service were excellent but otherwise, this is a typical downtown hotel and we'll not be back.
