Not up to CA Building Codes
Deceptive business practices here. Wasn't informed that when I checked in & handed over my cc & CADL (as is protocol@most hotels/motels), that they were charging my card $40 for assumed damages. Room was PREPAID through Hotwire. There's only satellite tv w/o 'on demand' or PPV. No room service. So, why charge your prepaid guests as if you don't trust them? Most hotels/motels ONLY authorize the charge, but don't run it through. Later that night, when I asked about said charge, I was informed it wouldn't be credited for 7 days!!! Bathroom has no ventilation & there's no windows that open. No deadbolt or latch on door, only chain & regular lock for room key. No fire escape map on back of door. Due to overpriced chinese buffet on grounds, smells like fish when you run heater or a/c or open door.Not up to current ADA code. Also, in flight path of SFO.The only thing good is that the room was generally clean & quiet. The tiny tv (abt 19") got ok reception after I tightened connections. Bed was comfortable. Pillows like rocks (brought my own). Won't ever stay here again. Have stayed@many hotels/motels in area yearly for volunteer event, but this one was definitely the worse so far!

No bells or whistles but decent for a nights sleep
The property is an updated older motel. The room was clean and decently sized though you need to be aware that the hotel requires a $50 deposit at check-in (refundable at check-out) and they tell you that refrigerators & microwaves are available, though we didn't find out until check-in that they charge $10 each per night for the use. Also, be sure to bring all your own toiletries & personal items, as provided amenities are very minimal to non-existent, (and no coffee-maker, etc). The bed was fairly firm (uncomfortable for me but depends on your preference) and the TV is fairly small with limited channels if that is of importance. Other than that, it was adequate if all you're looking for is a decent nights sleep. The neighboring guests could get noisy but we weren't bothered by airplanes even with the airport being somewhat close by. They provide a modest continental breakfast (don't expect anything fancy), though if you are there on the weekend or busy times, you will have to battle some extremely rude guests. The Asian buffet next door was pretty good (connecting door through the front lobby) but we didn't find many other restaurants nearby, (we saw a McDonalds & IHOP nearby but would have to do more investigating/exploring to find anything else). If we needed to come back to this area, we would consider staying here again provided we know now what to expect & not to expect.

A good place for a quick overnight.
We booked this as a mystery hotel for a much more reasonable price than anything else close to the airport. We were only here for the night prior to moving elsewhere. We arrived around midnight. Check in was quick and the room was very quiet. We slept well.It's definitely not fancy, but it serves its purpose. Wifi is free in the lobby but not in the room. Nutella for breakfast was a nice treat.I would say it's a good hotel for people in transit.

Stress-free sleep!
My home is almost 3 hours from SFO airport, so I like to book a "Park and Fly" the night before we leave. The directions the hotel staff gave me were very clear on how to reach the hotel. Within minutes of checking in We were relaxing in our room. A quick call to the front desk for a wake-up call and we were all set. As promised, they called us at the time we requested. Even though there were a couple of tour groups there, the hotel was very quiet all night. No coffee in the room, but typical toiletry items were available. The breakfast was sufficient.........and they even had Nutella! A nice start to the flight that awaited us! I do know that when I return to SFO that in order to catch the Citi-Garden shuttle, I have to go up one level and cross over to the island where all the shuttles stop to pick-up returning hotel guests. It is a white shuttle bus with Citi-Garden on the side of the bus. So you have to check each bus as they approach. There are other hotel names besides this one. They come about every 30 minutes.When we get back to the hotel, we go straight to our car. A simple process.

Good hotel, but it's in the middle of nowhere.
My first time in the west coast, but this place has its pros and cons. The goodIt's very clean and luxurious since I'm on a very strict budget for a single guy, they do have free breakfast as well as it close to the airport, so you can take a shuttle here and back. The badWhen I checked in I had to pay a 35 dollar damage fee, but they do reinburst you after words, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there's a shanty town a few blocks away, the only thing interesting there's a Starbucks. If you got a rental car, good for you, me I took a shuttle bus to and from San francisco, but they stop running around midnight, so you can not stay out to late. Fyi, they have wifi, but you have to pay. Overall If its your first time in San francisco it's a good place if you planned ahead and have a car rental, but keep shopping around if you want to be around the Bay Area.
