Comfortable, Convenient, Friendly
The small, but fashionable rooms at this Hilton are clean and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient to the train station and easy walking distance to many great restaurants. Close to Chelsea. The staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming. They usually have some tasty nibbles at the front desk for welcoming guests.

Excellent service, great location. Would return
Overall really impressed. Had 5 nights here recently and thought the service was excellent. No request too problematic.After an initial hiccup with the room we were immedialtely moved and comped for breakfast for the week. Instantly dealt with by the head of customer service dude ( i think AJ but dont quote me on that).Rooms on the small side ( but value for the cost) and rooftop bar a real bonus. Gym a little small - more of a large workout room - but well equipped and lotsa nice touches. Free bottles of water, headphones and towels.Location perfect and front desk very helpful.Well done. As Arnie said, I'll be back! ( sorry couldnt resist! :)

Roof Top Lounge is Happenin'
This hotel located in the Fashion District of Manhattan was quite a find. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms...ample space for a NYC hotel. I believe there were other rooms that were even larger than ours for the same price. The real treat was the roof top lounge. It is located on the 20th floor (you must be 21) and is an open air lounge. There are stunning views of the Empire State Building (go at night for the lights) as well as view of the Freedom Tower view to the South of the Island. Drinks are reasonably priced for NYC - the bucket of craft beers at 5 for $30 was a winner in my book.

Great NYC location, modern hotel
We only stayed in NYC a few nights and we selected the Fashion 26 for its location and based on previous reviews, as we were concerned about being in a roach motel in a rough area of the city, being first time visitors. The hotel was just what we wanted, a quick walk to the local subway station, and clean modern room.Of course hotels in NYC are pretty expensive and you're paying for the location, but we were very pleased with the look of the hotel...although it was a bit pretentious...felt like the staff had been told to act a certain way to fit in with the plush modern surroundings...a bit robotic and disingenuous.

Great Location Midtown
The first thing you notice about this hotel is that it doesn't appear like any other Hilton you've been to. The lobby music sounds like it belongs at a fashion show, and the staff are all dressed accordingly. Having said that, the rooms reflect the usual Hilton quality standards. The restaurant is decent enough, but the undoubted highlight is the rooftop bar, which gives spectacular views of the Empire State Building and the rest of the Manhattan skyline. The location is perfect for those who want to discover New York's tourist attractions, as well as hitting the shops. There is free Wi-Fi available in the lobby, but we occasionally managed to pick it up in our room on the 12th floor as well. There was no bath in the room, but the shower was big and powerful enough. The bed was comfortable, and there wasn't too much street noise, so we slept really well. Probably not ideal for families with small kids, but great for couples exploring the city.
