Wanted for nothing
Well located, just a short walk from Queen St which is the main street down to the waterfront and that is about a 15min walk or you can just jump on a bus. There is a tunnel from the hotel across to the Arts Centre which makes the walk a lot shorter. There is a good bar above the entry foyer which has some views both out and back into the entry foyer. On arrival there is instant assistance with luggage and the reception desk is very efficient.I travelled with my wife and we thought the room layout very good with a comfortable bed with a handy desk. The Television set while good does not quiet face the bed but can still be watched from the bed. I was driving a car and found that the entry area could become somewhat jammed up with traffic at times.WIFI is excellent and free.Room price is a little on the high side would be my only criticism.

More value than the price!
We stayed there at the last night in Auckland. The location is very good, close to the city centre and famous landmarks. The room and bathroom is relatively large (comparing to the hotels charge the similar price). Quiet and clean. Just the towels in bathroom seems cheap and already used for too many times. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A Japanese restaurant on 1st floor provided very tasted sushi, which is a must try! Anyway, everything is satisfied and more value than the price besides the towels

Great location, clean well presented rooms
We stayed here for a weekend trip to Auckland and were really happy with our choice. The room was nice, clean and very spacious. I had stayed here before with business and was impressed with the hotel then,so chose to stay again with my wife based on that visit. If you're looking for something a bit nicer than a basic hotel in the cbd, then you won't go far wrong with this hotel. Also has the bonus of car parking at a pretty reasonable price for Auckland.

Great service, location and nice room, awesome value for money.
Got a great deal for the hotel, late checkout, 2 for 1 breakfast, drinks vouchers and free parking... All right across the road from Aotea Square. Only let down was two double beds rather than one queen which I must have missed when booking in, so bed not really big enough. Still sone work to do in the upgrade, but grest for the money paid. Really helpful staff and beautiful lobby area.

Awesome....
This was our corporate trip so din't really had a much of choice but this hotel is a good luxury hotel with extremely good location.Its just a 5-7 minutes walk from famous sky towers & almost all the room galleries of hotel have a tower facing view.The service & restaurant is very nice with very good support staff.I recommend this hotel for everyone.
