THANKYOU for making our stay perfect
My sister , my daughter and I came to sydney from Perth with our 80 year old mother as her 80th birthday present. My mother has very limited mobility and uses a wheelchair for long distances. The room was very comfortable. There were 3 adults and a 13 year old sharing the room. It was very clean. If we needed anything staff were very prompt at meeting our needs. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Made my mother feel very special. We enjoyed the fully cooked breakfast every morning which was a great buffet, lots of choices. Location is very central, walking distance to all things in and around the CBD. Buses where very accessible. Having the Park across the road was very nice adding a peaceful feel to the sydney city stay. Highly recommended. We got a good deal as there are not many hotels that will accomadate the 4 people in one room. Thank you we would definately stay with you again and recommend to all our family & friends

Better then average !
Great stay even if it was only for one night ...... Room had nice views over hide park .. would stay here again,walking distance to city and plenty of fantastic restaurants, shopping etc .. The hotel is close to bus and train stations bonus.

Great location and services!
We booked through the online booking system for one night and received a very good rate with the Accor membership. We had a park view room which was a good size with comfy king bed. The bathroom was a bit old and dated, but still functional. I believe that it will renovate nicely in the future. The Internet tv was not as good as I thought it should be. The picture was of poor quality and the remote control unit was clumsy and not very responsive. We had a nice continental breakfast in the room. We also asked for toothbrushes, 2 newspaper and tea bags, which were all delivered promptly within a few minutes. We had a nice walk in Hyde Park across the road in the morning before walking to our son's apartment in Darlinghurst. We will stay here again next time we visit our son in Sydney and definitely will be staying longer.

A little disappointed
No major problems with this hotel, and they got the big things right, just several little things that surprised me in a 5* hotel. I had trouble with my room safe, fixed after 2nd request; I had random problems with my key card not working in the lifts - this most frustrating when other guests press their floor button leaving me miss my floor; my bath gel was not replenished each day; the bath gel in the swimming pool shower ran out one day, no problem but was surprised when still not replenished the next day; my toilet was not cleaned one day.Sorry to harp on the negatives, the room was nice and staff were friendly, but they have to get the little things right as well as the big things.

Very pleasant stay
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pullman, Hyde Park in early May 2013. We arrived at 10 am - 4 hours prior to check in - as I had just picked my boyfriend up from the airport after an 11 hours flight. The concierge was very helpful, he allowed us to check in early and gave us a free drink voucher each for the bar.We went upstairs, had a sleep and then had a few drinks at the bar before heading out. The following morning we had the buffet breakfast which was divine. The only thing that I would recommend is that the Pullman invest in a juicer like the Novotel at Parramatta where guests can help themselves to the fresh fruit and vegetables and make their own juice.I would recommend the Pullman to my friend, the atmosphere was great, the pool lovely and the jacuzzi great fun.
