Great Hotel - Great location
Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was very happy with it. It had plenty of room with large bedrooms, large kitchen and large living area. A huge bathroom with access thru 2nd door to the main bedroom and also had a separate toilet and separate sink with mirror. Both accessed from the living area. We were 3 women staying together and no problems all getting ready at the same. Staff were very nice..............and buffet breakfast was more than adequate. And to top it all off the apartment was very clean. Would stay there again.

Excellent Spa Room on 10th floor facing Mt Wellington, not the street
We live only 40km away from Hoabrt. I decided to take my wife away for a romantic week end without spending hours driving. The Old Woolstore was offering the Tassie Indulgence, includes wine and cheese platter and breakfast. Free parking is another plus for this property.The reception area could do with new carpeting and possibly a bit of TLC. It is a little "conferency". Reception staff were friendly enough. My biggest compliment so far was to Debbie in reservations, who made sure that we got the room we requested. The executive spa room was lovely. It was very clean and modern, and everything worked!!!All the small essentials, like plugs in basins etc were there. There were matching wine and champagne glasses. The kitchen was modern with glass cook top, not that we used it, but it suited the quality of the room. The spa is not in the bathroom but rather part of the room, excellent idea as you could still see the TV whilst drinking champagne with your wife of 25 years, and enjoying the openness of the suite?The provided toiletries were FAR better than average. My wife used them and commented on their perceived quality. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. All the lighting was suitable and worked. My only negatives of the room are that robes are not provided and nor is an in room safe. I would have expected both of these conveniences in this room. The breakfast was as expected and of a decent standard. We will do this again, when we need a break from the everyday!

Great location
Booked two bedroom apartment as travelling with family, 4 ladies. Apartment really spacious, with everything we needed. Everything is not brand new and shinny but clean and well maintained. Great walking distance to Salamanca and town. Free off street parking, which is great. Definitely a good place to stay. Would recommend.

Great experience
Stayed 3 nights, great apartment hotel, impressed with the room which had a combined lounge/dining, separate laundry, spacious bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity and an additional toilet with separate powder room/vanity. Breakfast was full buffet of very good quality.

Crappy....
Felt like we were staying in an old institution or hospital. Not good. Very mediocre really a place for conferences not holiday makers. Was told it was in a good position but too far back from Constitution dock - boring and lacking in character despite the promises
