BEST NH HOTEL
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Very good located, rooms are quiet and nice and its staff is really good. I would definitely go again if I had the chance. Regards to Jordi, a boy who helped me a lot during my stay in the hotel.

Nice Accommodations, poor management.
Recently in London on Family Vacation. I have no complaint about the room; it was as represented, clean and the price was right. However, on the first day, we left some small cosmetic items on the desk and they were gone when we returned. We are 100% they were there when we left, so we asked the management to check into the matter; three times as a matter of fact. All three times we were assured that the manager who was "about to come on duty" would contact us regarding the matter. The loss of the items was really, in and of itself, not a big deal, but my wife and I thought it was important for the management to know that they had staff taking small items, probably thinking that no one would make a fuss. The minor loss, however, was completely overshadowed by the managements total disregard. All they had to do was follow up with us, as promised, and this situation could have been resolved. I will not stay at this or any other NH hotel if this is the level of managerial accountability.

Clinical Rooms
We decided to spend our 3 night get away here, due to the convenient location. Unfortunately it turned out not to be the restful stay we had hoped for. The bedrooms had white walls, bright lighting and laminate floors. It felt like a dentists surgery.

Poor value, bad dining experience
We stayed one night at this hotel. Our room was full of damaged furniture-table and desk covered with scratches and large water stains. The bed springs sat on the floor,exposed with torn fabric edges. The floral headboard fabric was stained. We had dinner in the hotel dining room. There were only two other parties (3 people) in the dining room with one waiter who appeared to also serve as barman. The service was ridiculously slow. I had a Mediterranean vegetable panini. It was indelibly soggy and had nothing on it but peppers and hummus. My daughter had chicken linguini which was also horrible. We noticed that the hotel is heavily used by airline personnel. The only good thing about it is that it is close to a subway station. No value for the cost of this hotel. I would not recommend it.

Loved the new rooms
We have been staying with Harrington hall for 5 years and we were lucky to get the new rooms. We love the new rooms. They look bigger, cleaner and much nicer. I would highly recommend the new rooms in Harrington Hall. The bathrooms are still old and should be refurbished as well.
