Thank you for making my 50th Birthday Trip to Hawaii enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were amazing, so friendly and super helpful. Especially George at the Front Desk, Sammy and Ping at the Restaurant as well as all the Housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet was so tasty, especially the oatmeal!!I would definitely stay here again, as long it doesn't get demolished - would be very sad.

Well deserve R&R
Loved the hotel and so clean, even when it was a little windy they were dustying making the hotel just look aswesome. The staff was very helpful in finding out how to book all our activities for our 7 days there and allowed to store our baggage when we got in early and waiting to leave on late flight back to Canada.

Awesome Accommodation
We stayed for 5 nights at Miramar last week and was very pleased with the cleanliness and the service of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located beside the International Market Place and is walking distance to many fine restaurants in Waikiki. The staff at Miramar were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There are free Wi-Fi in the lobby as well as 5th floor by the pool and complimentary internet for your laptop in the room. There is also a safety deposit box in the room which we found convenient and helpful. I highly recommend this value added hotel to first timers and returnees to Honolulu, I would definitely stay there again on my next visit there!

Average and nothing more
Locationwise this hotel is great, right in the heart of things an easy walk to the beach and just across the road from a supermaket.The room was very small, there was nowhere comfortable to sit apart from the bed, though it was nice to have coffee making facilites and a microwave. The bathroom was very dated though adequate and I was pleasantly surprised by the view being partial seaview.Where they could really improve is customer service and housekeeping, the housekeeper came at all times of the day from 8.00am to 5.30pm given that I'm on holiday I don't really appreciate being disturbed so early. It was disappointing to see that the sheets were only changed once during my 11 night stay I would certainly be changing them more frequently at home so pretty disappointing. In general I found staff to be pretty unhelpful and inconsiderate certainly they could look at improving this. Tour operator in lobby was very expensive - look elsewhere it really isn't difficult to find a better price than the hotel.Would I book this hotel again? given the service provided and standard of rooms I would look elsewhere.

miramar holiday
Spent 5 days at this hotel last week and found staff helpful. located in central area.room satisfactory although bed sloped to centre. Disappointed that internet was only available in foyer or level 5 for wifi. Very happy with the stay
