Hyatt means high standard than any other hotels in the world.However, when we walked into the room, we found a used tissue right besides one of the beds.The internet charges us $9.99 per night per computer, but it is slower than the one from Starbucks.The beds are terrible quality, definitely not the standard for Hyatt.

The staff at the hotel were accommodating and the location is perfect for staying in Valencia. Many good restaurants and the mall are in walking distance from the hotel. On the downside there was no refrigerator in my room and it was supposed to have one and my room digital key failed on 2 occasions it was not a show stopper.. If I were to visit Valencia again I would stay here again..

Stayed here for one night since it was my Uncle's birthday and did not have to travel far. Staff was friendly. Room was nice, there were two beds, but only needed one. View was to the north and of the mountains. Bathroom had samples better than most hotels. Water was instantly hot and pressure was good.OVerall, was an okay experience. Free parking was a good incentive, but wi-fi was not free, so was let down by that.

I booked this hotel as a wedding party guest. I was traveling quite a distance, so I requested to check in early upon my arrival. I got there 2 hours before normal check-in and the room was not ready. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the lobby before 'house keeping' got the room ready. After a long day of driving, all I wanted was a hot shower...but no, the hot water was out. I called the front desk and all they said was that they knew about the problem...and hoped it would be fixed by morning (gee thanks). The short, uncomfortable beds were poorly made with stained sheets (4 star hotel - yeah right). I can say that the room was quiet and the A/C worked (which is a miracle these days). The following morning I asked 'house keeping' to please clean my room before noon, as I had guests dropping by and I want the room clean. Again, this did not happen, with the room getting cleaned as my guests arrived at 2pm - again, thanks. Lastly, with the price of the room (well over $200 per night) I was not offered a breakfast voucher, and the bottled water in the room was $3.50 per bottle... What, you mean, I can't even get water as a gratuity? The in-house restaurant was very expensive...well above the local going rate, with service marginal. Overall, with all the 'stellar' reviews about this hotel, I was very disappointed with the quality of the experience...with it being called a 4 star hotel.

This was a one night stay traveling from Las Vegas to the Reagan Library. The hotel was very good, but doesn't serve breakfast, which I like to get when traveling. There was a free parking garage across the street which was very nice. I believe that the man's name that checked us in was Sean, and he was very cordial.
