A good example on how to do it right..
This hotel was very clean, had very friendly and helpful staff, and served a free made-to-order breakfast. The courtyard was well maintained and typical for Embassy. The suites are very roomy and are perfect for family travel. They also have a reception in the afternoon. The heated indoor pool and spa very clean.

Nice hotel
They need to be more aware of trash outside the rooms. Some front desk staff need to be retrained.parking spaces are extremely small. Managers reception should have a better selection of food. Not sure if they toned it down because of girls hockey national championships

Great hotel experince at Milpitas
From the time I stepped inside the hotel shuttle that took me from SJC to the hotel, I knew that I would have a wonderful experience. The driver/receptionist engaged me in a pleasant conversation. The check in was smooth and fast, and he even reminded me about the complimentary evening reception. I skipped it in favor of a great dinner of pasta and white wine. Great food and commensurate pricing. Ballroom was a great venue for the conference. When the time to say goodbye came, the hotel shuttle was ready for me to the airport. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel
Hacienda style building with a green garden and waterfall in the middle of it. Staff is very friendly. Rooms very a bit outdated and smelled a bit, had to have the balcony door open every day to let fresh air in. The breakfast was freshly made for you and the sitting area was in the green garden. Overall I highly recommend it.
