On June 16, 2012, I walked into the hotel with my kids and they told me to find another place. I couldn't find another place cause I had already paid for it, when I booked it through Hotels.com. I called Hotels. com and told them to find a place cause I was driving and didn't have time to search for one. The lady told me it was a 2 and a half star hotel, and it looks really nice, so I believed her. This hotel is a dump. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm. The hotel smells weird. Both of the elevators did not work. The first room that they gave us was dirty, they did not clean it when the other occupant left. The second and third room that they gave us, we couldn't open the door. The fourth room that they gave us, the light did not work. The only light that worked was the restroom light. The fifth and final room that they had was the worst of all. The toilet looked like it has never been cleaned in its life. The restroom did not have a door. The sheet rock on the ceiling was falling off, and it was molded. The tv and phone did not work. When we went to take a shower, there was no hot water. I lay flat on my back the whole night and did not dare to turn my head side ways cause the pillow stinks. In the morning when we woke up, we looked outside the window and notice that the pool looked like a waste dump. I would not recommend this hotel to a stray dog.

What can I say hummm maybe that the Oak Hills Medical Center Hotel was the worst hotels i have ever stayed in, both elevators where out of order, the ice machine was out of order, the tv's in both rooms I reserveed would not pick up any channles, The light fixture blow out and almost shocked my 14 year old when i contacted the manager he said it was working and we broke it, both rooms stank bad as if they had a water leak in the room, the mini refrigerator had mold in it, I was on the phone with Expedia for like an hour to try to get an other hotel and expedia could do nothing but call the manager and the manager seemed to think there was nothing wrong with the rooms, when if fact there was so much wrong, after an hour of trying to get moved to an other hotel I gave up on the Oak Hills Medical Center hotel and Expedia and went down the street to knights inn hotel which was a very friendly place and there rooms were clean and I had no complaints on the knights inn

on March 24, 2012, walked into this hotel and got chills. We witnessed the following: the elevators did not work, it was very dark and dim, the room 212 had no windows, a room had a door open and they could here the tv on with static which explains why there was no cable or internet access. The hotel smell like something had died and of urine....the room was dirty but to top it off there was a creepy man staring from the hall. They also had heard footsteps outside their room but when they opened the door no one was there. Not recommended for anyone to stay there. Especially when they were told the hotel was full yet there was only 5 cars in the parking lot along with 3 white vans yet no shuttle service available. TOO CREEPY AND SPOOKY!

The service sucks! No breakfast, elevators don't work, t.v. and phones also don't work. Well i got a story 2 tell: Once when I was coming up from the pool, me and my Mom were staying on the second floor, So when I was coming up 2 the second floor, I was texting my friend Caroline, I opend the door, and all of a sudden from the right of my head, I heard a little girl say "Hello" to me! N oh my gosh.... I ran all the way down the stairs and went back down to the pool with my mom! It was really scary! Also when my mom and her boyfriend were coming outside of room: 212, they both saw two little twin girls from the left side of the hallway! And there hair was wet.. So it's haunted, also the separate side of the lobby building, me and my mom were looking through all the windows from each and every room. Some of the rooms looked like there where fire stains up against the wall... And also ice machines were broken. Pool was clean, sometimes cold, and also sometimes warm. Coke machines work, The vending machines work. SO YA ALSO DON'T FORGET THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED! AND HAAS SUCKISH SERVICE, ALSO NO BREAKFAST! DON'T STAY THERE!!!

Elevators not working. Changed rooms 3 times as the automatic key locks would not operable. TV satellite was out for the entire hotel. Room not cleaned and we were given towels and sheets to make up the room ourselves. Wi Fi only in the lobby. No refunds or discounts if you do not want to stay after you see the conditions, Hallways and carpets generally dirty.
