Location is everything.
Great location, really can't be beat...close to EVERYTHING. Strange hotel, strange staff...looks very nice from the outside, but the inside is a different story. If security is on your list, avoid this one. No deadbolts, no peepholes, first floor room window came out in my hands when I tried to open it. Room does not have coffee makers as advertised...or clocks for that matter. 1980's TV also did not work. If you are looking for a great value, and really don't care about your room...this place works.

Not thrilled with the motel.
Positives....location. Was pretty quiet and close to the strip.Negatives...condition of place. Run down, needs doing up. A/c was noisy, carpets poor, bed uncomfortable, old tv units and cupboards in walkways made it difficult to walk through with suitcases. It's not great. 3.5/10

Convenient location, great value
The room was ok, it was clean for us despite the nasty reviews. We arrived very early at 8am and asked if we could shower before checking in (cause we took a night coach from San Francisco). The friendly staff allowed us to use one of the rooms that the guest had left but not yet tidied up (if we don't mind), so they are easy people. Location is great, just right behind Walk of Fame and there is wifi available even though it is not fantastic. Breakfast is average and more than what I expected since we are not paying a high fee for the stay.

Great Value - Friendly Staff - Clean Room
I had read some bad reviews about this hotel, but decided to stay anyway. The staff was super friendly. The price amazing as it includes parking - that's worth $25 a nite alone. The room was pleasant, everything worked well and was clean. Not like a new Best Western or Holiday Inn - but totally acceptable - especially given the price and location. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

One of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at!!!
Do NOT waste your money! This hotel is disgusting. The location is great right behind the Loews Hotel but you might as well spend the money and stay there because that is where we ended up. Dirty bed sheets with hair and snot on them (refer to pictures), a melted heater still on the wall, bars pried off the windows, half textured walls, the shower curtain falling off the wall, and one working lock on the door with the chain and the deadbolt look broken. Not to mention the terrible smell of the room.
