Not like the picture
Finding reasonably priced quality accommodations in SF can be difficult. Sometimes the smaller boutique hotels can be good. Unfortunately, for us, this hotel was disappointing. Although clean, the room was very small and not all as nicely appointed as their website photos would lead you to believe.We were awoken at 1 am when the fire alarm went off. We called the desk and were told it was a false alarm. We asked about it later and were told that the alarm sometimes goes off due to a vent problem. The hotel offers 24/7 coffee but when we went to get some early in the morning there was none and were told it would be twenty minutes. On the positive side, the location was great and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. They provided robes and the towels were plushy.

Great value for Union Square
This hotel offers good, clean, basic rooms at great value for the Union Square area. It is really close to all the amenities and transport (BART, Muni Metro and cable cars). The hotel staff were wonderful! So friendly and helpful and were able to help with the queries I had.My only issues with this hotel is the Club Fusion nightclub underneath the hotel. The music is "BANGING" and goes on until 2am! BOOM BOOM BOOM - I couldn't get to sleep!! Not so good if you have an early morning flight and need some sleep. The only respite came on Sunday and Monday evenings when the club appears to be closed.

Great Location, Small Rooms
If you're wanting to be right in the middle of the action of Union Square - this is the place to be. It's surrounded by clubs, eateries, other corporate hotels, etc. It is a typical SF hotel, very small but cozy. What I really loved about this place was the fact that they had great staff. A security guard at the entrance and very nice lobby staff who helped us book a van to the airport. We booked it for the location and it met our expectations. If you're looking for a super nice hotel, this isn't it. If you're on vaca and don't plan on spending much time in the hotel but actually in the city, this is PERFECT>

Great location for access to Moscone Center and exploring SF
Stayed at Hotel Fusion for 6 nights Late April-early May for mostly business but with a bit of site-seeing too. It is a nice clean hotel very close to Union Square, not far from the subway and just a 5 minute walk to Moscone West. The staff are efficient and friendly. Free WIFI access was a big plus. The continental breakfast is nice but quite ordinary. My room was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was fine but only had a shower stall. Location was bit loud as my room was right on Ellis Street where revelers were partying until after 2AM several nights. I don't know if other rooms would have been more quiet. This was not a deal-breaker and I would not hesitate to stay again. Good value for the money

Great location
The hotel is very close to Union Square, the best location in SF. The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. For parking, we had to pay extra $32,00. It is a little bit expensive, but I think is because the location.
