Good hotel in a good location
Myself and friends stayed here for 1 night and experienced no issues. Room was ready on arrival, check in took a little long, but room was clean and well appointed albeit a little small for 3 adults sharing! Would stay again.

Excellent stay and great location
Stayed there for 3 nights on April 2013.Booked a double fair selection of food.One thing I am disappointed of is the fact that the wifi services are nit free, and in face are quite expensive.Most of the hotels now offer wifi for free, and I find it odd that hotels that are quite expensive, still charge their guests for wifi use

Good base for London
Good location, easy to find, nice bedroom but windows didn't open at all and air conditioning was 'iffy' , didn't find the staff very helpful, couldn't understand english , the breakfast was far too expensive for the quality of it

Good base , better than expected
Good rooms , clean , comfortable and quiet. Service was polite and fast. My only let down was breakfast. At 06.30am , I couldnt get a seat and had to wait and the standard of breakfast , though expansive was below an expected quality. Eggs were getting cold , everything seemed well picked over and I am not sure what type of sausage we had. Would book gain as a good base, relaxing and well managed.

Never Stay in This Hotel! My new hand bag was taken away in Hotel Room and the hotel didnt want to accept liabily !
We reported lost of my new LV bag in my hotel room to hotel. The hotel didnt have CCTV but the key lock records showed the housekeepers went inside the room. The hotel did not want to assume responsibilty to this. Get the police officer to take a statement and that was the end of story. No investigation or an urge to prove their housekeepers were clean. As we were still need to stay in the hotel for the next two days, they didnt allow us to change the rooms and I assumed same housekeepers still went to our rooms!! Never never stay in this hotel again!!!!
