Decent hotel overall
We had a pleasant stay with our family of 4 at this hotel. The staff was helpful. We arrived a little early and they were able to accommodate us. The rooms were clean with plenty of light, though a little small. The house-keeping was great. We had little kids and they left the room a little messy, but when we returned in the evening things were back in order. The parking is convenient in a city infamous for it. Coffee maker in the room had wrong size pot so could not brew coffee. The morning breakfast was just coffee and juice. Would have been nice if that included more options like most days inns do.

Great stay near Marina
The staff was extremely polite and accomodating, room was clean and nice and I would definitely reccomend staying here as a reasonably priced place in SF. The rooms are decently sized but very nice and had everything I needed for a two week stay.

Daya Inn Lombard Street
Location is great, out of the centre but very easily accessible and regular buses nearby. A value for money stay here and a free coffee/ tea and muffin available in next doors cafe for pre-breakfast! Parking was also free but tight into spaces but may not always be available.There are numerous bars and restauraunts on the streets running parallel, one being a gourmet burger place which was super fine but very busy.The staff on reception were really helpful and our room was a decent size with all the amenities we required (iron/ board/ tea coffee facilities etc). For the price in an expensive but beautiful place, this hotel was definately worth it & we would stay here again.

Clean
Clean room. 1 block from bus stop (be sure to take the #30 Stockton bus, not the # 30 Marina). Only 2 dollars for 4 hours and safe. Bus drivers are very helpful. We then went on the jump on/off tour to get around town. Great idea. Breakfast doesn't start until 8, but San Francisco does not wake up until 8 am. Several good restaurants in the area. Mel's Diner has a breakfast big enough for two. We felt safe walking to the bus at 6 in the morning.
