Excellent Location, Nice Hotel
I only stayed here one night, but it is a great hotel. The location is extremely convenient to lots of sites, shops, and restaurants. The hotel staff was very warm, friendly, and very efficient. The rooms were large and clean. There was plenty of space to spread out and fit our luggage. The toilet is in a separate location from the shower which actually made getting ready easier. Both the toilet & bathroom were large and clean. The only complaint is that the water didn't really maintain a constant temperature. The bed was clean and comfortable and the extra amenities are always a nice touch at a Le Meridien. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location, good 5 star hotel
From check in to check out this hotel was a delight. Alexandra gave us a very warm welcome and checked us in very efficiently. The location is fabulous, easy access from the station, even with large suitcases. Just behind is the grand place and lots of restaurants and cafes. We dined at Cafe Divina both nights. We had breakfast at the hotel and although it was expensive, we though on par with most 5 star hotels in major cities. We booked an executive room for ¿¿¿119 per night and the roomy was very large and comfortable. The furnishing were lovely and huge marble bathroom with a separate toilet with a 2nd vanity.The little extras like a magnified make up mirror was much appreciated. The best mattress and shower I have seen. Just a really nice stay. Thanks to all the staff who were all very welcoming.

Perfect location
Directly opposite Central Station which is one stop from Gare du Midi, the station for Thalys and Eurostar. Travel to central station is free on your Thalys and Eurostar ticket.Excellent room with all facilities(4th floor which I believe is recently renovated) Bathroom with separate shower good. High quality bed. The windows are standard not open so it is A/C however possibly when you ask they will open the window lock for you. Rooms certainly at the back are very quiet. You walk out of the hotel and very close by is the Grote Markt surrounded by small streets with various restaurants. Walking from the hotel if you enter the Archway signposted museum and then turn left after 100 meters you have a street filled with small restaurants.Comfortable lobby and bar/lounge. However the price of ¿¿¿9 for one glass of wine is somewhat high.The one serious disadvantage is that they only give you 30 minutes(!) of free internet per stay. At the room price charged this is no longer acceptable in 2012 so my stay next week is in another hotel with free internet.Breakfast was ok but nothing special and also very expensive

Lovely Hotel very good location
Le Meridien in Brussels is a very nice Hotel. We have stayed here on 2 occasions when visiting the wonderful city of Brussels. The location is excellent. You are right in the centre of Brussels close to everything that is beautiful with the city. Railway station Centraal is just opposite the Hotel.The rooms are a very nice size and are very clean and tidy. You will not be disappointed in a stay here.

Unfriendly
Lost in Brussels, no phone, no internet. Went in to Meridien to help find our hotel. Staff told me buy something and you can use internet. When i asked for directions to hotel, was told it was 20 miles away when in fact, right around the corner.Nasty people
