Ideal for overnight stay before a flight
Stayed here in February for a night, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and beds comfortable. 5 minutes from Gatwick, I'd use this hotel again. They also offer park and stay packages which are good value for money.

Perfect for Gatwick travellers
This hotel is ideally situated for a short stay either immediately before of after using Gatwick airport. It's spotlessly clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast is well worth the cost when included with accommodation.

Good stop over on our way home
Booked a 1 night stay on our way back home to Spain. We had booked a Double superior room to have a bit of extra space and comfort. Unfortunately the room was very small and very dark 9 a large shrub blocked the light coming into the very small window).we expressed our disappointment at the room and were upgraded to a very large, comfortable, lighter room at no charge.Our evening meal in the resturant was very good and the waiting staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

We stayed here the night before an early flight, having booked a stay with parking. We were very impressed. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The reception staff were helpful an welcoming. The whole process was straightforward and easy. We will use this hotel in future. Highly recommended.

Spoilt the ship for a ha'porth of tar
This hotel has had a major refurb and now looks very stylish, but the hairdryers in the rooms are the cheapest possible, and useless.After two puffs of air they overheat and cut out for five minutes - nightmare when trying to get ready to catch a plane. Oh yes, and the transportation to the airport on park and stay is by taxi, ¿¿6 each way, and not included.
