Wonderful service!
I was really impressed by the hotel staff. I had an elderly client staying there while waiting for her apartment to be ready and they really went the extra mile to help her. They made sure she got to breakfast every morning, helped her with anything she needed, arranged for taxis when she ran any errands, and watched out for her. I wasn't able to get over there to see her, so this review is based only on the staff and service, but they really went the extra mile to help her with anything she needed. Something I've noticed lacking in other hotels where I've personally stayed.

Only Stay As A Last Resort
Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family in Sunnyvale. I read all of the other reviews so I was a bit prepared, but still found it dissapointing. The front desk girl only stopped watching her movie and listening to her earbuds after we walked up and had to ask her to check us in. The room was absolutely tiny!! We obviously were not in the "suites" part of the hotel. You had to walk sideways to get between the bed and tv (which did not even work). Half of the lights in our room were not plugged in, and we had to search to find the outlets just to plug them in. We actually had no problem sleeping, the bed wasnt too bad. I would just reccommend that if you are looking for a decent place to enjoy your stay at all and maybe relax a little, do not stay here.

Nice staff but it is a quality inn after all
The front desk staffs are all very nice, but the place need some updating.Pros - breakfast is pretty close to what you would get at a residence inn or home wood suites minus a few condiments, friendly staff, good location, cheap rates. Lots of TV channels. Fridge and microwave in roomCons - The room smells like smoke ( non smoking room), sometimes smells like the sewage back up in the bathroom. Probably not very clean pillows and pretty old electronics. And even when I put "do not disturb " sign on the door during the day. Someone came in and switched the furnitures in room, that's just scary!After all, you get what you pay for...

Book elsewhere
I stayed at this property in early February and it is truly an eyesore. About the only perk is the hot breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, the facility is extremely run down and out of date. They did replace a broken faucet, so the customer service is decent, but I recommend looking elsewhere.

this place sucks!!!
I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. We are staying here on business for 80 nights and this is probably one of the worst hotels i have ever been in. There is a musty smell in the room, hallways and elevator. The construction while we are trying to sleep. I could go on about all the things that are wrong with this place but I think moving to a different hotel might be a good option.
