Great location
We got the last room here on a Saturday afternoon! The girl on reception was very friendly and let us view the room before we paid. We were in a room at the back of the hotel on the ground floor. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. This motel is in a great location and walking distance to everything you need.

Better than average
There are more things that are good about the Kiama Shores motel than are wrong with it. The location is great for the main street of Kiama and seafront (literally over the road), the room is clean and spacious, free wi-fi, free parking. We were there over the Easter weekend and our only complaint would be that with a busy RSL and restaurant next door, if you try and find a park after 6pm you'll probably end up with a short walk.

It does the job!
My heart sank as we drove up to the motel and into the car park - and it did not lift when we got into the room either! It was serviceable. There were two double beds, so all of us got a good nights sleep. The room had a feint odour of something and the bathroom was not the cleanest in the world.But - the staff were friendly and were willing to spend time answering questions.This does the job - not fancy but I feel a little over priced for what you got.

Customer service shouldn't be difficult!
Arrived on Friday evening and the bloke behind the desk obviously isn't a fan of his job. Whilst he didn't do anything wrong you certainly felt like you were doing him a favour by stating there. I hope he wasn't the owner! Rooms were clean and neat but need some TLC... Overall reasonable value for money but will stay elsewhere next time...

Great location but not much value for money.
Perfect location in Kiama. Close to all facilities and the harbour. Spa room on the lawn was quiet and private. Would've saved $18 had I wanted to be facing the car park. One of the cleanest motels I've stayed in but for the price, expected more updated furnishings, more included in the tea/coffee facilities such as biscuits and just a few little extras such as tissues and bathroom toiletries that would have added value to the client without much expense to the motel. I just felt that for the price, it could have been that little bit better.
