Faultless service with a smile, a bedroom I could live in and best spa treatments ever!
I booked the K West for my sister's hen do, a 23 strong bunch of ladies of all ages and personalities. I cannot fault the service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. the kspa was amazing and the therapists wonderful. the bed very comfortable, the facilities exactly what was needed and food delicious. although the food was a little cold and some of the guests had to return their meals, they made up for this by bringing lots of extra chips, bread and complimentary wine. I was also given a very late check out so I could enjoy a treatment once all the girls had left. I will definitely be returning for another holistic onyx ritual with Nemanja. 10 out of 10 for the whole weekend.

Amazing massage experience
Had a great massage training for couples today with Lyudmila. It's great to learn simple and useful massage tips that can be practiced at home.Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Amazing time in the spar with snow room. Lovely lunch at the restaurant. Will definitely be back!!!!!

An amazing experience!!
This was our first trip to London. The front staff was welcoming and warm, going overboard to make us comfortable and keep us informed of where to go and what to do. Special thank you's to the reception team that checked us in & out - you were over the top!. They handed us a leisure pack envelop which was very handy. The hotel is located perfectly for walking around London or catching the buses. Transportation in London is easy to understand and not intimidating at all. I'm in love with London and can't wait to come back. Our room was clean and perfectly sized, quiet and private. Little gestures like offering us to leave bags and asking for taxi¿¿¿s were very kind and helpful, it felt that they really cared for us. It was a great place to stay and we'll be back.

Good in every way
Stayed at K West for one night. The staff were excellent, although the service at dinner in the restaurant was a little bit on the slow side. The food was good but not excellent.The room price was extremely good value for London, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

A solid 4 star hotel for 2 weeks in London
My husband & I booked the hotel for 2 weeks in May 2013 through a special on hotels.com - it was an executive, non-smoking room without breakfast. We did not use the spa although the prices did seem reasonable.Pro's:-very centrally located - in a residential area and close to the Shepherd's Bush tube station @ Westfield's shopping centre. This made it very easy for us to get to/from all areas of London to the hotel and even to/from the airport with all our baggage!-lovely hotel overall - nice facade with friendly, accommodating staff -the room was a very nice size for a London hotel - we had a couch and a coffee table in the room with the standard desk and cupboard with ironing board and hairdryer-We had to have house keeping come in to join the 2 single beds into the king bed we requested but it was definitely the most comfortable hotel bed we have had on our travelsCon's:-wifi charge is excessive - it worked out cheaper to buy a SIM card with unlimited data for a month than to get a day's access at the hotel for ¿¿15. One would assume wifi would be included considering the cost of staying at the hotel -breakfast was not included in our rate but is on the expensive side at ¿¿11 per person per day-the noise from the dining area above our room filtered through until early hours of the morning - assume a room further down the passage would have been quieter-little niggles like having to constantly ask for more milk and sugar in the room as they only provided enough for one person to have one cup of tea or coffee. This did start to become a bit annoying after a while!-room needs some attention to detail - there were weird stains on the curtains...Overall a lovely stay at the K West and we would definitely return if we had the opportunity to do so (after requesting a room a bit further away from reception and the dining areas!)
