We had a two night break here including a first class evening meal on the first night. Food was of a very high standard with generous portions. Service was top notch and friendly with it. LOvely to be able to park up ad then just walk onto the moors. Lovely place to stay.

My husband and I called in here over the Bank Holiday weekend for a drink and some food. As it was really hot, we sat outside in the upstairs beer garden. Lovely surroundings and a decent view over the top of the pub. A nice and quiet little sun trap. The table of 6 next to us ordered food, which looked really tasty, so we decided to have a meal here. With the weather being so nice and having our dog with us, we wanted to eat outside. My husband went to order food, only to be told they don't serve food outside! If we wanted to eat outside, we had to leave our mobile number and they'd ring us when it is ready and we had to go and collect it and take it to our table ourselves!! Really??? Clearly this was not the case, as we'd just sat and watched a young waitress bring the food out to the table of 6 next to us. They'd sold out of the meals we both wanted so in the end just had a couple of drinks and sat in the sun. All in all it is a lovely pub, bar seems well stocked and it was nice to be able to sit out in the sun away from the hustle and bustle of the main street.

Visited at the weekend and ended up in this pub all three nights. Get a good pint of ale; four Timothy Taylor ales on and they are all fantastic! Bar staff are very friendly and have great customer service too. Facilities very clean.

We stayed here on a KGB Deal. The pub is very clean as was the bedroom.Good choice breakfast and evening meal. We stayed in room 6 which was noisy from Kitchen fan and was a small room.I mentioned this to Kath on leaving and she advised me to ask for a front room if we returned of which we would love to.

Just return from a visit to Haworth,16/17th April. This pub is ideally situated for all the attractions. Good clean well equiped rooms. Excellent evening meal and breakfast choice superb. All served by staff who want to make your stay memorable. Good cook, good staff, good choice for us.
