My husband and I stayed here recently while in town for our highschool reunion. The price seemed good and being that it was only a two night stay we figured we could pretty much put up with anything for that long.First, rooms are available to rent monthly which is nothing new for a hotel to provide. But being in what turned out to be a not so great area of Auburn it didn't attract the best caliber people for monthly tenants.Right after we checked in and were getting our bags out of our car one of residents hand no qualms about bellowing obscenities about the current situation in her life for all in a 1/4 mile vicinity to hear.Second, nothing on the website had anything to say about being located right at the beginning of the runway for Auburn airport. So be prepared for a 6:30AM wake-up call in the form of small Cessna's warming up their engines and then once they get the go ahead from the tower and unload the throttle you're not getting back to sleep.The interior of the room was very run down. There was a crack running horizontally all the way through one of the windows. The wallpaper in the shower was peeling off, the towel rack on the wall was slanted to one side and looked like it could barely stand the weight of the two towels resting on it. My husband needed to iron his shirt and assumed the room would have one but no such luck. He had to borrow one from the front desk. Basically there is a dire need to for Days Inn to spend some money to keep their rooms from falling into a state of disrepair which was too late for this one.After leaving for the day on Saturday morning we returned late Saturday night (around 11pm) only to find our key cards were no longer functional. Thankfully we found someone to reactivate them and got into our room. If your into casinos you might think it's nice to have one RIGHT NEXT DOOR, but in our case it was not. It would seem after the bar closed at the casion some of the hotel monthly residents brought the party back to our door with drunk, loud people waking us up at 3AM. After an hour of drunken laughing and talking in the courtyard below us I figured none of the other "guests" in the hotel minded the noise but I for one had enough. I called the front desk to ask for someone to tell them to take their party else where. After 15-20 more minutes of druken reveling the noise ceased.Although not much sleep was had as the planes started their "symphony" by 8AM Sunday morning.Needless to say if my husband and I had more of a disposable income we would have left after the first day and found somewhere else to stay.Bottom line, stay somewhere else even if you have to pay more.

Its was nice to just get away from everything,i am staying with friends in a small apt. So this was nice and peaceful. What are your weekly rates or monthly

Need better breakfast items and time frame. Did not see a lot to choose from. The hotel was at least by an casino for food.
