what a great stay
I attended a meeting at the convention center, which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.The hotel is really nice, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are specious, and the beds are comfortable. What's more, they have a fitness center at the top floor with an amazing view. I went swimming every morning in this tiny swimming pool (12m long) with an adjacent Jacuzzi. My friends went running on the treadmills etc.The bar has very tasty food. The concierge were very helpful.Also, if you're willing to not have your room cleaned every day, and you remember to put the sign on your door before 2am, you get a $5/night coupon to use in the restaurant or to redeem as points on your Sheraton club card. However, I cannot give this hotel the full five stars for the following reasons:1. for such a hotel, to charge for internet in the rooms is more than annoying. I got it eventually for free as an attendant of the conference or by being a Sheraton club member. 2. they charge a lot of money for packages delivered to the hotel. What will they think of next? Charging you for sending your room towels to the laundry?

Very nice hotel centrally located...
This hotel is in the heart of downtown. Walking distance from most everything worth seeing. Pikes Place is a very short walk as are many food places. The rooms are nice and laid out well. Good views from the upper rooms. The beds are comfortable and they even have a nice ironing board. The bathroom lighting I perhaps a bit on the dim side for us older folks but nice and clean. Restaurant is pricey. I highly recommend it if you get a good price.If you find this helpful please mark it so.Berny

Well-located, excellent business hotel
I recently visited Seattle on business, and ended up at the Sheraton to be near the meeting location. This is a spacious convention-center hotel, close to everything downtown - in fact, right in the middle of it all. Everything during our stay worked well, and the staff was very gracious for this kind of high-volume hotel. The only strange part of our stay was the towels. It is a small item, but it was still surprising. There were only two sets in our room, and they were rather limp. Everything else in the bath was at a higher level. We called for more towels, which were promptly brought to our room.

Great convention spot in downtown Seattle
I've stayed here twice now and both times had a very good experience. The location is excellent, being one block from the Westlake light rail stop and five from Pike Market. The place is clean and well kept. The staff is helpful and friendly. They've actually come up with a decent wifi package that was integrated in to our room rate and allows 4 simultaneous connections - hooray. And it's very fast. No trouble streaming anything. The workout area looks good but I haven't used it since its a short run to go down and run along the waterfront. Meeting rooms are all fine.

Comfy spot, great location
We were very satisfied with our stay in Seattle and the Sheraton was an excellent base. The hotel is well placed 5 minutes walk from Pike Market, and the Sounds transit station under the Westlake Center mall. My wife was at a conference in the Washington convention center which was 2 minutes up the street. Service is of a standard you expect from a Sheraton hotel; very solid. Our room was on the 20th floor and was well appointed, clean tidy and fresh. All in all our first Seattle trip exceeded all expectations and the hotel experience fitted in well with this
