You can buy Trip Protection while booking a trip on Hotwire. You can also buy it later.
During the Hotwire checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to purchase Trip Protection. The insurance fee is not included in your Hotwire package rate. If you choose to buy insurance, your Hotwire reservation and insurance charges (from Access America) will appear as two separate transactions on your credit card statement.
If you do not buy Trip Protection during the Hotwire booking process, you may still contact Access America directly and get coverage up until your departure.
