When you reserve a car through Hotwire at a regular-rate, actual rental charges will be billed by the agency when you return the car. However, if you purchased Rental Car Protection, you already paid Access America for the insurance during the checkout process and do not need to purchase it when you pick up the car.
For rental cars booked at a Hotwire Hot Rate, your account will be charged for the full rental amount -- including applicable tax recovery charges and fees -- when you complete your booking. If you purchased Rental Car Protection, you will also be charged by Access America for the insurance amount at the time of booking.
Please bring a copy of your confirmation to the rental agency when you pick up the car.
