How do I file a claim?
All Rental Car Protection claims and questions are handled by Access America. Completing a claim form takes just minutes. To begin the process, call a claims specialist toll-free at 1-800-334-7525. Please note that Access America may request information from you -- such as travel documents, proof of payments, etc. After your documentation is received and Access America determines that you have a payable claim, you should receive payment within 5 to 7 business days.
