Go to the "My Account" section of Hotwire, sign in to your account, and find the hotel booking you want to submit a request for. Under Low-Price Guarantee, click "Request refund". Then, enter the required information and submit. Please note the link will only show for Hotwire Hot Rates for 48 hours after booking. You may also submit a claim by calling 1-866-HOTWIRE (1-866-468-9473) and speaking with a Customer Care representative.
If you submit a request for a Low-Price Guarantee refund, you will be informed within three business days of the validity of your request. If a refund is issued, your original reservation will not be cancelled. Learn more about our Low Price Guarantee.
