Low-Price Guarantee
How do I submit a Low-Price Guarantee refund request?
Go to the "My Account" section of Hotwire, sign in to your account, and find the hotel booking you want to submit a request for. Under Low-Price Guarantee, click "Request refund". Then, enter the required information and submit. Please note the link will only show for Hotwire Hot Rates for 48 hours after booking.
If you submit a request for a Low-Price Guarantee refund, you will be informed within three business days of the validity of your request. If a refund is issued, your original reservation will not be cancelled.
