Go to the "My Account" section of Hotwire, sign in to your account, and find the hotel booking you want to submit a request for. Under Low-Price Guarantee, click "Request refund". Then, enter the required information and submit. Please note the link will only show for 48 hours after booking.
If you submit a request for a Low-Price Guarantee refund, you will be informed within three business days of the validity of your request. If a refund is issued, your original reservation will not be cancelled.
