When will my account be charged for my Hotwire Hot Rate car rental booking?
For rental cars booked at a Hotwire Hot Rate, your account will be charged for the full rental amount -- including applicable tax recovery charges and fees -- when you complete your booking. If you purchased Rental Car Protection, you will also be charged by Access America for the insurance amount at the time of booking. You will have the option to add additional drivers to your contract at the rental counter for an additional charge.
