A: From the sign-in page, click Password Assistance and enter the email address associated with your Hotwire account. Click Submit, and we'll send you an email with the subject line Hotwire Password Assistance. The message will contain a link to a page that will allow you to reset your password.
Note: The link is only active for 24 hours; you should reset your password within one day of getting password help.

A: Click My Account at the top of any page. There, you'll see all your activity including profile, settings, itineraries, and saved searches. You can make updates there.
Your password:
- Must be 4 to 12 characters long
- Must be entered exactly the same way every time
- May include letters, numbers and/or punctuation characters
- Can't include any blank spaces
- Can't contain your email address

A: When you are creating your Hotwire account, enter a password in the "New Password" field and re-type it in the "Confirm Password" field. Your password must be four to 12 characters long, and may include letters, numbers and/or punctuation. The password cannot include any blank spaces and your email address may not be part of your password. Please note: Your password is case-sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly the same way every time.
If you forget your password, select "Password Assistance" on the Sign In page and we will email you instructions for accessing your account. You also have the option of booking as a guest, which does not require a password.
