Q: How many beds are in the lodgings?

A: All rooms booked on Hotwire will accommodate the appropriate number of guests in each room, based on the total number of guests you provided and the number of rooms you requested. While we cannot guarantee the number of beds in a property room, some properties may offer pull-out couches or cots. If you have specific needs, please contact the property directly. Our partners will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Q: What type of room can I expect?

A: All rooms booked on Hotwire will accommodate the appropriate number of guests in each room, based on the total number of guests you indicated and the number of rooms you requested. We cannot guarantee the number of beds in a property room, but some properties may offer pullout couches or cots to accommodate the total number of guests in a room. Our suppliers will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a non-smoking room nor can we guarantee bed type. For more information, please view the Lodging Type Guide.

Q: How many rooms can I book in one transaction?

A: You can book up to four hotel rooms at one time. (Remember that by selecting the maximum, you're limiting your search results.) We cannot guarantee that all guests will stay in rooms next to or near each other.

When a booking consists of multiple room reservations, they will all be held under the guest name indicated at the time of your booking. If you would like to have the additional room(s) reserved under a name other than the one you originally indicated, please call the hotel after booking (but before checking in) to change the name(s) for the other rooms. Hotels will not allow guests to check in to a room unless it is either listed under the name of the individual indicated at the time of booking or the guest is accompanying that person at check-in.
