A: When you search for hotels, condominiums or all-inclusive resorts, the Search Results page will allow you to see the amenities offered by each property. You can choose the place you want to stay based on amenities that best suit your needs -- e.g., pool, in-room kitchen, proximity to golf courses or access to the beach. View our Amenities Guide.
Some amenities are not included in your Hotwire rate and may cost extra (e.g., use of the fitness center, business center, spa visits). Contact the property directly if you have questions about specific amenities.

A: A "Customer Favorite" is a hotel that has received high ratings from an actual Hotwire customer. To see the customer's ratings, as well as his or her review of the hotel, click "Read customer feedback" next to the "Customer Favorite!" indicator.
Please note that customer ratings are independent of Hotwire's star ratings system, which is based on recognized industry sources and ratings systems, as well as our own experiences with the hotel.

A: A "Best Value" offers our best price for a hotel, condominium or all-inclusive resort of that star rating.

A: If a Hotwire hotel is described as "all-inclusive," the rate includes meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and beverages (soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor). Please note that the all-inclusive price may not cover all restaurants at the resort. There may also be an additional charge for premium beverage brands.
While each all-inclusive resort's amenities vary, they commonly offer extras such as entertainment, land and water sports, kids' programs and gratuities. For a complete list of services offered by your resort property, please review the hotel description page.
Rates for all-inclusive resorts generally do not include transportation to/from the airport, spa treatments and golfing.
