A: Hotwire cannot guarantee that you will get hotel reservations at the same location if you book additional rooms at a later time. For example, if you book one room and get Hotel A and then book another room (with the exact same preferences), you could get Hotel B for this second booking.
If you need to book more than one room at a hotel, please be sure to specify the exact number of rooms you wish to book on the Hotel Preferences page. (You can book up to four rooms at one time.)

A: If you arrive at the hotel after your scheduled check-in date, you will not receive any partial refund for the nights you did not stay at the hotel.
