Please contact the airline directly -- in advance of the departure date -- regarding any special requests (e.g., meals, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks).

A: There is no guarantee that you will be seated together if the flight is full. The earlier you check in for your flight, the greater the chances that you can be seated together. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure to obtain/confirm your seat assignments and obtain boarding passes. Instructions can be found on the individual airline's website.

A: Yes. If you are booking our other fare, you can accrue frequent flyer miles. Just make sure to have your frequent flyer number handy when you book your reservation on Hotwire. We'll ask you for it on the Billing Page. If you don't have your number handy when you book your reservation, you can add it after you book by accessing your upcoming reservation in the My Account section of our site, or you can give your frequent flyer number to the airline agent when you check in. This does not apply to Hotwire Limited Rates.
