If it wasn't for the price.
I am a grad student who has to attend classes two to three times a month. The motels location is convienent and the price is affordable. However, I would recommend improving the quality of the rooms such as larger toilets, better lighting and regular shampooing of the carpets and upholstery.

Great Place
This place was nice, clean and accomadating for a very good price. BILL WAS WONDERFUL!! He treated us like we were very important. We arrived around midnight, tired, hungry and ready to pass out. He was very pleasantly friendly and quick to accomadate us. He went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. It's nice to know there are still nice wounderful people. We will definitely be back again. THANKS BILL!!!

OMG! worst hotel ever!!!
room had spiders; leak under bathroom sink took 5 days to fix; trouble opening door took 7 days to fix; continental breakfast is only if they have food & drink not a guarantee, even if ur the 1st 1 there!!! Pets allowed & no one cleans up after them- smelled dog poo everytime we stepped out the door
