Long Trouser Policy
Great time at this hotel; very clean, friendly staff especially Antoins who was very friendly but always very professional. Very good variety of food (although at times it could have been a bit hotter). The only complaint is that the hotel advertises a long trouser policy for evening but doesn¿¿¿t enforce it! I even called the hotel to confirm jeans were acceptable & paid for hold luggage (¿¿70)!! Even more disappointed with the restaurant mangers response!!!

Great spa
Spent 7days in the hotel and really enjoyed our break. Wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at the spa. Especially to Leonidis who did a wonderful deep tissue massage and the girls Valassia and Galatiani. We feel rejuvenated and relaxed after our trip. The staff at the hotel is very welcoming and the hotel itself is clean and inviting. Food was very good. Would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Incredible pool, lovely views
We had every intention of seeing more of Kos, unfortunately once we checked into this hotel we were too relaxed to leave for our entire stay (2 nights).Reception staff were nice and helpful, we and our bags got driven to our room in a golf cart. The room was lovely, can't fault it at all. Bath robes, slippers, good size bath, fridge, good storage space, nice balcony. View was over the water looking across to Turkey. I have read the hair dryers are not great but I didn't use it myself, and from memory it was a wall attachment which seem to be everywhere in Europe and don't have a huge amount of power. Bed was really comfortable and the pillows were also.Buffet dinner was ¿¿¿10 each on our deal and I thought it was great value. My partner is a huge eater so it saved us a lot of money I'm sure. Slight variation each night but plenty of variety. Might get old after 5 or so nights but we loved it. Breakfast buffet was great too, catering for different tastes with a lot of sweet foods (waffles, crepes, fruit) as well as savory (eggs o elette, croissants, bread, cereal etc). Sometimes the servers were a little slow but it was never a huge deal. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time there drinking mojitos, which were very nice, incidentally. We would have liked if the bar staff proactively came right over to our area (away from the bar) so we could order more often! Possibly a little understaffed.Tip - get down to the pool early to grab a sun bed!We were very sad to leave and would love to stay here again, we paid about ¿¿¿100 per night, and compared to another hotel in town we stayed at another night for ¿¿¿130, this hotel was great value!

Fantastic holiday.....definitely recommended!
We are very surprised to see some of the poor feedback in other comments on this site as this was not representative of our stay in anyway. We found all the hotel staff very friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. My husband has Coeliac Disease and has to stick to a strict Gluten Free diet and Nicolas Kaparakis, the restaurant manager, was more than helpful to ensure that whenever we ate in the restaurant that my husband was well catered for, including the arranging of cooking special alternative dishes, when there was a limited selection, for my husband to eat, including desserts, which can be difficult even in England! The staff at the poolside bar to the infinity pool, had a great team spirit, were always a pleasure to talk and joke with too and always served drinks with a smile :). Even a flower tea!We were glad to have booked an all inclusive break, which meant that we didn't have to worry about a budget for food and drinks. The food was excellent, there was always a good variety of food with different types of meat and fish, salad, vegetable and ranges of potatoes, pasta or rice, hot and cold and although the desserts were similar all week there was plenty of choice with cakes, ice cream and fruit. We sat in the A La Carte Restaurant for breakfasts during our stay which you have to book through reception. The service was good and friendly and they served you any hot food requests here to suit your needs. The view over the infinity pool and sea was always a lovely start to the day.The drinks served in the restaurant and main bar were at times slow, when busy, but didn't detract in anyway from our overall enjoyment of the holiday. The entertainment in the bar was brilliant, including DJ 'Boo Boo' who was one of the hotels entertainment staff. All the entertainment staff were very friendly approaching tables to chat with guests during the evenings. However we have rated the Spa as poor. The sauna was small and the Hamam steam room was out of action. We had booked two massages during our week and had decided to go to the spa pool before the massages. However the spa pool had cold water! Which meant that the jacuzzi was cold too! That said the massages were excellent. With some small improvements this could be a very good Spa facility. There was excellent, regular bus service to Kos town, all day and the hotel was always the first for collection, so always a seat. My husband also hired a bike which the hotel organised and the bike hire company will collect you and drop you back again after your ride. All in all we had a wonderful late honeymoon and would love to return again soon :)

Drawn in by the advertising
Me and my partner had just gotten engaged and decided we were going to treat ourselves to a nice holiday over the half term break (I work with schools so I'm stuck to school holidays). We'd seen the holdiay deal on travelzoo which took you through to Inspired Luxury Escapes. The hotel looked amazing, 5 star luxury - half board, free spa access, sea view, infinity pool. When we arrived at 4am Sunday morning, we weren't offered any refreshments and nothing was explained to us about our package deal. The room we had been allocated was really nicely decorated and well furnished with a seaview. We were happy about that at least. This was until our bathroom flooded. Water from the shower was coming back up through the drain. Not nice. Breakfast was good. There's a variety of cereals, bread, meats, cooked breakfast, fruit, tea coffee, pancakes etc.Evening meals were terrible. The food is served in a buffet style way. Most of my food wasn't even hot and it was more or less the same night after night. We decided not to eat in the hotel again and had to travel into Kos for our evening meal. If you go half board please note that if you're hungary during the day, the only options you have is the A La Carte restuarant (which is expensive) or bar food which again is expensive and awful. They offer chicken nuggets and rubbish like that. The drinks are expensive. We ended up spending ¿¿160 by the end of the week. The hotel is about 5 miles outside of Kos. The bus service is hourly after 6pm and he last bus back to the hotel leaves Kos Town at 11pm. Taxis are about 12 euros. There is a taverna out of the hotel on the left at the top of a hill. The food in there is very good and reasonably priced. The hotel does have a beach however, there isn't a bar and it's at the bottom of a very steep hill. Further along the beach there are sun beds and a beach bar. Ladies, if you stay at this hotel, take your hair dryer. I have shoulder length hair and the hair dryer in the room is useless. It took me 40 mins to dry on hair and it actually burnt my hand.Me and my partner are quite active and were looking forward to using the gym. It's tiny! Half the equipment wasn't working and there isn't much else you can use. All in all, a very disappoitning holiday which cost us a lot of money in the end due to rubbish food and expensive drinks. Kos is quite commercial. I would recommed hiring a car and travelling down to Paradise Beach.
