Excellent accommodation and hosts
What a lovely motel in Bendigo. Our room was spacious and very clean. It included a 2 seater couch and a table with 2 chairs. Bedding was most comfortable. The bathroom was quite large with good supply of soap and shampoo. The shower was extremely clean with excellent water flow. There was a good supply of tea and coffee in the room. Our hosts, Mick and Sue were warm and very welcoming. Mick cooked breakfast for us and we both rated it excellent. So much so, we did not need lunch so make sure you book a room where breakfast is include.There is a hotel across the road for evening meals and it is a pleasant walk (10 Minutes) to central Bendigo. There is a Coles supermarket one block away.Overall I highly recommend this establishment and woulld have no hesitation of returning in the future.

Excellent service
had a great 2 night stay, close to town , great service and clean and tidy rooms. Lovely staff and a quiet place to stay that is close to pubs and local restaurants.Beds comfy, great place to stay, park the car and walk to most central attractions.

Really well presented room
I flew from brisbane to Melbourne, then drove a hire car to Bendigo and stayed the nite on a business trip. It was really nice room and friendly hosts, I did enjoy my nite here a lot, I thought the closest pub was a bit to far to walk to, but apart from that no complaints at all, very comfortable after a long days travelling.

Great stay
A great place to base yourself in Bendigo, Mike & Sue are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable - if you get the option go for one of the newly refurbished rooms - they're fantastic.The motel is within walking distance of the centre of Bendigo (beautiful architecture, gardens & lots to see and do) and Lake Weeroona (great lake to exercise at, enjoy a coffee or just enjoy the view).Next time we're in Bendigo we'll definitely stay here again.

Great little motel
I stayed with my girlfriend here this past week as she had to put on a morning seminar at the local hospital the next morning. This is a great little motel located within minutes (driving) of the new Bendigo hospital. Very clean rooms, great friendly staff and a free breakfast. Speaking of the breakfast, we took it after my partner was done at the local hospital in the morning - hot bacon and eggs delivered to our door moments after return. Greatly appreciated given that we had advised we would be back sooner than we were (she had to put on two seminars rather than the one that she had been expecting). Bonus points for the great little pub right across the street that cooked some of the best surf and turf that we've ever had. Will definitely stay again if we're headed to Bendigo.
