Never again
The initial greeting was fantastic, we were checked in with all smiles, but that's where it ended. On their site they state that there is a shuttle to take you either into Sanur or Kuta, everytime we asked for the shuttle it wasn't available, the villas are situated just a little too far and down a laneway to walk anywhere, so it was taxi trips everywhere. The rooms on first looks seemed ok, but at closer inspection weren't brillant, the curtains looked like they were either blood stained or rust stained, they grounds were looking rather tired and unkept. The pool we had to ask for it to be clean (the slime at the bottom of the pool wasn't the most plesant, when wanting a cool dip). We stayed for a week and that's the first and last time we'll be there.

Too many problems
The place on the surface looks nice and pleasant but encountered so many problems. Upon arrival the following did not work: aircon, villa phone, wireless, safe and even the lights went out. Asked numerous times about the aircon which is a must in Bali (hot weather) nothing happened and they mentioned would be fixed the next day. This place really needs to focus on the details which is what a upmarket villas is supposed to be about. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless they are extremely patient. Staff was friendly but could not resolve the many problems.

private, luxurious, secluded and romantic
If you want privacy, seclusion, peacefulness - this is perfect, but be prepared to taxi everywhere, 5 mins drive to sanur beach and shops. Food was good, but menu limited and the restauant and bar were not finished at the time of our visit. The villa was lovely, outdoor bathroom, pool were stunning. The staff were lovely, helpful, though not all could speak english. Not sure of value for money as we have not stayed in any other villas in Bali.

Nice Villa
These Villas are very nice and have loads of room. I see around the web there are mixed reviews and I can understand why. Below I will address some issues I found in older reviews:*The WiFi worked while we were here and we were towards the back of the property*The villas were all finished*Tea and coffee making now in the rooms*Villa not far from Sanur but quite a way from Kuta*Lighting seems OK but still on the dark side*Car service only runs until 3pm-This was a pain as we only looked to head out for dinner and felt for the money we are paying they would offer at least the same service as less expensive villas*Breakfast is a set menu, only found out what were having once it arrived at the table (omelet).*The staff mean well but get the small things wrong i.e. Had breakfast in our Villa one morning and they spent 20mins setting the table all the while the food went cold. We also asked the front desk about things to do in Sanur to which the lady just shrugged and the other girl just kept on with Facebook.If you are wanting to spend a few days just chilling by your pool and not leave the villa it is very pleasing. Word of warning, the food menu is very limited so you will end up having to eat out.Would I come back to this Villa....probably not as there are many to choose from that offer the full finished product. (These villas have been open for 5 months at writing this so might explain a bit)

Super stay!!
I found the Palm Suite Villa and Spa on the web and i thought wow thats the place where i want to stay with my gf. When we arrived hereit was even better then the pictures on the internet. People were very friendly and the service is great. Nothing is to much and they are happy to help if its necessary. The room was very nice and very big the aircon is good working so its never to hot here. The shower and bath and private pool are really superb. Location was quite good, near the airport and walking distance from a K-market. But for more action you have to take a taxi (or i dont know the place well) I can really recommend this Villa. I loved it very much and i would return for sure. To bad i stayed only 5 daysRichard Netherlands
