I liked this hotel, I was looking for a budget but very nice option and found it!! I will definitely stay here again as it had clean and spacious rooms in Thai style and an olde worlde charm. The bathroom is slightly dated but more than adequate. The lovely chap in reception allowed us to check in very early which I was so grateful for having been on an overnight flight and arrived at an ungodly hour. The room was charming, the bed slightly hard as seems to be the Asian way! A lovely breakfast was available very early in the morning, I only stayed overnight but my sister stayed 2 nights and liked it as much as I did. The rooftop pool is such a cute feature in the middle of bustling Patpong. I am an inveterate people watcher so I was happy to be in the middle of craziness outside the hotel. The hotel, despite this, is quiet and peaceful, a retreat from the madness and heat outside.Great wi fi and super friendly staff, particularly the doorman, bellhop and the guys on duty in the breakfast room.I forgot an item at the hotel which I was able to retrieve on my way through Bangkok (after a phone call from my next hotel) and since we had a few hours to wait before our flight left the hotel was kind enough to let us leave our luggage with their doorman for a those hours as well as hailing a taxi for us, they had no need to do this but did so with a smile. All in all a definite thumbs up!!

very good, will stay there again

it was a lovely hotel with overall friendly staff, they helped everywhere and were always very friendly... like that a lot... Good breakfast with lots of choice and very friendly guys. Free wifi, that is good, but sometimes bad connection, but that is internet maybe always. Very nice pool... after our stay it was going to be renovated so we will be surprised how it lookes new... the area was also very good, everything is near, good shops, market, skytrain, metro. very good place to stay. Fair prices. next morning there was a newspaper on the door. And even the windows can be opened if you like, and you have a nice view.

always a great stay

I have stayed here many times, Value for money. location great staff always happy to go that extra mile. During my trip I stayed at a 5 star resort and what was classed as a 5 star hotel. The Siam heritage provides a far better breakfast and much better value. The internet here seem much faster and more stable than any other hotel I stayed at. What I feel sets this place ahead of the rest is the staff. An example I was stuck in my room feeling ill, when house keeping came to cleam my room I asked just for more towels and water, later in the day when feeling a little better i went out for a walk. To my surprise on my return the staff had done a full clean of my room. Another thing which I very much doubt you would get anywhere else was a 3 pm check out the day I was flying out, no extra charge. Ill be back.

QUALITY HOTEL AND GREAT LOCATION

"THE SIAM HERITAGE HOTEL" is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. I came here several times over the years. The owner is a professor at The Kings University "Chylalongkorn University". She, her husband, family and staff will do their utmost to make your stay a happy one! The style and decoration has been done in the original old Thai style. You will love it!Easy to get around in Bangkok from this hotel too, and so many great restaurant all around in this area of Bangkok.
