Awful!!!
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful The actual room itself was dirty, very poorly insulated -- so I could hear everything happening upstairs, and on both sides of the room. Good location at Wollongong - but that was the only positive...

Very nice apartments
Stayed here for business. Check in was fairly quick and easy. The location is really good. Lots of restaurants nearby, WIN Stadium etc. The apartments are actually very nice. Sort of feels like you could really stay for a while and not feel caged. The room I was in had a kitchenette, large bathroom, dining area and lounge. Very clean throughout.A few things that took away from a 5 star rating:1. Road noise - if you are in one of the apartments that face the main road the noise can get pretty loud.2. The "king size" bed was two singles placed together. I know I'm not paying top dollar for the room (not paying anything actually) but I cant see how anyone can think this is a good idea - especially when the two beds were about 2 cm different in height.Other than that...well worth a stay - especially for the money ($150 night).Would stay here again.

Great rooms - shame about the noise
We stayed on a Saturday night for an early starting dance competition on a Sunday morning - this was a return visit for us. The first room we were in was great except for the traffic noise and pub noise. The staff were receptive to our complaints and we moved rooms at about 10pm. All was good until about 2am when people in a neighbouring building were partying on their balcony until about 4am. This hotel has ZERO noise insulation. Staff were apologetic, but that doesn't help you sleep!! We won't be returning.

Lovely apartment and close to everything
Went to see Bryan Adams in concert at WIN Stadium. The room was fabulous and close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. parking was great value at $10. Excellent location and would stay there again. highly recommended.

Great Hotel! HUGE ROOMS
We stayed here late last year and LOVED our room! it was HUGE like an apartment! Our room had a large bathroom, HUGE king bed , Desk , lounge and bench! walking around the hotel is easy and a few places to eat! nice little cafes too! Very modern over all and staff are quick and friendly! Hotel has a under ground car park.
