Not a nice experience
I recently stayed at quay west magenta shores and it was not a good experience the staff were very unhelpful on check in, There was no table or chairs in the room, The bathroom tap was leaking, the patio was filthy and it smelt, there were bird droppings and cigarette butts everywhere, the buffet breakfast wasn't that nice, there was no tourist information /restaurant guides in the room and for one beer and one cocktail it cost $25.00, I won't be going back.

Stay at Quay West Magenta
My partner and I stayed in a Studio Apartment, it was well appointed the bed is King size and was very comfortable. The apartments are part of the Magenta Shores Complex surrounded by the Golf Course so it was very quiet at night. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the food and service was excellant. Breakfast was also very good. It would be a good spot for a group or famly to stay as there are multi bedroom apartments available. I would stay there again.

A great stay
This was a very pleasing experience. The accommodation was very good. The extra curricula things such as the sauna, Gym, and heated shimming pool were greatly appreciated. The staff were very helpful at all time, they were exceedingly present.

Beautiful Presentation
The resort is set up like a village, with villas lined along little streets and beautifully maintained gardens. We stayed for two nights in 2 x 3 bedroom villas with ten friends. The villas are very modern and meticulously clean. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable.The villas are set up with the bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a living area downstairs which included a laundry, an extra toilet and an outside entertaining area. This was my second time staying at the resort so i requested the villas that back onto the lagoon style pool. They have a great outlook and its convenient for swimming. Although the pool was right there, the villas felt private because of the well planned gardens separating the two.The staff were very friendly and professional. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious, but the wine was expensive. The breakfast buffet was tasty and extensive. They even have an automatic pancake maker which was very popular amongst our group.Quay West Resort was the perfect quick getaway and our whole group really enjoyed it.

Close to home , 2 hours from Sydney
This resort is very nice although the unit was sparsely furnished ! I called housekeeping to bring cushions as when you laid back on the couch it was like leaning back on a plank of wood ! They also had a large pot which had one silly stick in it ! When I asked bout it they bought another silly stick ! In my opinion if you are going to decorate an interior then do it properly ! The pool area was excellent though and the kids loved playing tennis . We had room service one night and it was beautiful. There were beer bottles in the courtyard and remnants of lots of burst balloons !
