Hotel With A Very Lovely Environment
Although the location of this hotel is 45 minutes from downtown Hua Hin, I purposely chose a tour which stay here for 2 nights so that we could relax and enjoy the environment. The golf course and surroundings were very beautiful and the pool was huge. There was a small water slide for kids to enjoy. The pool was basically divided into two sections so that kids can play in shallower water. Hotel room was spacious and each has a big jacuzzi and a swinging lounge chair at the balcony. Although the room was outdated and there were cracks around the sink in the toilet, the room was very clean. One of the lamps next to our bed was out of order and services were very efficient. In less than 5 minutes after reporting the problem to the receptionist, the mechanics arrived at our door already. There was free WiFi in the lobby area as well as two computers for guests' use. WiFi in room cost Bt 350 per day. Each room was being given 3 complimentary bottle of water each day. There were just about 11 TV channels to choose from but at least they have CNN channel for overseas news. There seems to be a long list of movies which allowed guests to choose for viewing for didn't check out further. An activities schedule was posted at the entrance so that guests can join yoga, water polo, water volleyball, tennis clinic etc.On the slightly negative front, housekeeping opened the door of our room for cleaning even though our 'do not disturb' light was on. Breakfast was average but juice was not very good. Eggs were made to order, noodles and special tea and coffee were also available but only on the first morning. There were many birds pinching/nibbling breads which were not covered properly. With bird flu spreading in China, it's dangerous not to cover the food properly. Nevertheless, for the plastic covers used for covering salad, they were so tall (almost touching the bottom of the upper rack) that one couldn't hold the handle at the top to remove the cover in order to get the salad.

A great place to stay for a few days away from it all!
I'll start by saying there is a golf course, looks amazing, but not why we went; just a few days to get away. It's a little remote, better if you have your own transport, but the resort, rooms and pool are fantastic. There's a range of activities for all, we hired bikes as a family, assault course for kids + many other things. You can get to Hua Hin in no time by taxi if no car. I tried the facial at the spa and I've never felt so good; not something I do often. Only thing I'd say that could be improved is there's a small restaurant but limited menu.

Worst driving range I have ever seen
First there is the location. It is inside the golf course itself. So, you have to drop of your bag and then park your car at the general parking. You have to buy a voucher at THB 70 for 50 balls, which is the most I have ever paid. Then you bring the voucher to the starter, who hands you a bag with 50 balls and organizes a buggie to drive you to the range. Well, range....... a strip of grass, with ropes on the ground to mark from where you have to tee. Your own tees that is to say.mif you are thirsty you have to walk back to the reception to get a drink. Maybe the golf course is nice, but because of my range experience I will never play on this course ever.

Mature Golf Course
Played a round recently and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the maturity of the course. Lots of bird life and sounds and Audubon seem to have a presence. This is a Jack Nicklaus long tree lined course and definitely not a resort course. Water is in play occasionally. The course has been affected by heavy rains and there is not much run on the fairways but the course is in good condition all things considered. The greens are rather slow at the moment. Maintenance is good but half way houses and particularly the toilets need renovation. Comfortable club house. Probably in the top 3 golf courses in the Hua Hin/Cha Am area. Strong Expatriate presence in the staff and members. I would certainly recommend it to both serious and occasional golfers.

If you are not play golf, let's look somewhere first
We got a complimentary voucher from our biz partner, so our review base on the price on internet booking (appox 3000 THB).We think that with this price, you will find much better options unless you want to play golf! The location is quite isolate for people that dont have car. The pool is huge enough for everyone.The service in general is very average especially on the breakfast. The staffs look like been forced to work. The room is big and clean with great view (we stay on 4th floor), the only one thing that we think that it super cool is the outdoor jacuzzi which is very clean (from our experience the outdoor one seem to have problem with the cleaness but not this one) So recommend for golfer with family
