Clean Hotel & Close to Georgetown/DC
The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms are new, clean and spacious. All employees I encountered were very nice and friendly. The location is great, and only a quick cab ride away from Georgetown. There are some restaurants and eateries in the area, which is also a plus. The only down side I could find was the bed. It was a bit soft and lumpy. They do have all the amenities you could want, including coffee makers, mini fridge, robes in each room, and toiletries upon request. Overall it was a great stay, and I would likely stay here again!

Great Location for DC or Georgetown
This hotel was just average. The price was high for what we got for the money. The rooms were ample, but nothing special. The buffet was good, but not great. But the location was super. We were within walking distance of nice places to eat and shop.

Nice hotel at good location, arrange your own taxi
This hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway. When you get a good deal (weekends?) then the rooms have a decent price compared to what they offer. Rooms are clean. Had no problems with noise from other rooms (contrary to other reviewers). Complimentary coffee in the room is nice. Restaurant in the hotel is overpriced, but food is fresh and of good quality.Main drawback of my stay was the taxi that the hotel arranged for me to get to Dulles Airport. Costs: 60$ + tip for a 15-20 min. trip, while the lady behind the reception assured me that it would take about 45 minutes. That is not service, that's taking advantage of (foreign) visitors. A stain on an otherwise nice visit. My advise: just arrange your own taxi.

Outstanding location
This was my second stay at this hotel. The location directly across from the metro makes it exceptionally convenient. Additionally, there are many restaurants and attractions nearby the hotel as well as being able to get to Reagan National quickly. The rooms are constable, clean, and well appointed. I thought that the value was excellent. My main complaint, as it is with this level of hotel, is being charged for Internet, a water bottle, et cetera. I simply do not understand how the "lesser quality" hotels can offer these amenities and the Hyatt cannot. Nevertheless, this has become my hotel of choice when visiting DC on business.

Decent Accommodations for Business Travel
The Hyatt Arlington is conveniently located in Rosslyn, right around the corner from my new company's headquarters. The reception was warm and friendly, my room was ready at 11:30am and it was clean and comfortable. The decor was nothing special, but I had plenty of room to settle in. The bar was cozy for drinks before and after dinner, but it was pretty small. It would have been nice to sit out on the patio, but it was closed for renovation. I would definitely stay here again for business, although my room was pretty expensive. I would probably look elsewhere for leisure travel.
