WICHITA DWTN-CONVENTION CENTER.
My wife and I stay at the WICHITA DWTN-CONVENTION CENTER Holiday Inn for the second time last month. Our most recent stay (as was our first) was overnight while traveling on vacation. We stay in the two room suite both times. We stayed the second time because of the positive experience the first. Both time we found the desk staff and the lounge/restaurant staff both accommodating and friendly. The took note of our Platinum Priority Club status. I very much like the keyed entrance from the parking lot directly to the elevators. It is quite convenient. I believe this is one of the best hotels to provide good value for you money. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff and excellent hotel.
We recently stayed at the Excellent downtown Holiday Inn of Wichita, Ks. Levay at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our stay and outstanding one. The waitress Robin, I think. She served us at breakfast was very pleasant and congenial. They were both extraordinary. The room was comfortable and clean. We would Highly recommend the restaurant and breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and my families stay at Holiday Inn Suites downtown, Wichita, Ks
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites downtown of Wichita, Ks. On May 23rd and 24th 2013. The hotel establishment and staff were clean, inviting, and safe. The rooms are spacious and cozy and clean. We highly recommend eating at the Flight Deck Grille. Our waitress, Renee was very prompt and professional. We enjoyed her immensely! Food was delicious, especially the chicken Caesar salad! This hotel definitely represents a good example of what all hotels should go by. I highly recommend staying here and I will do so when I come back!

Great staff
Shawn at the front desk is a perfect example of why to maintain IHG loyalty. The hotel was sold out for a convention, but Shawn made sure we still received the level of service we have come to expect from being IHG platinum members. Thanks to Shawn at the front desk and Renee in the "Flight Deck." As for the building itself, it is great for the price point, if booked in advance.

Super Friendly Staff, Comfortable Beds, Bathrooms Very Dated, Pet Friendly
We booked this room with hotels.com after the hotel we wanted was booked. We needed a pet friendly, non smoking room with a king size bed. We paid $125.00 for the room, plus a $50.00 hold for a pet deposit. There was a 25 pound pet limit listed, but we were not make aware of that before booking. No one questioned it, but we have a 50 # lab/pit mix. The first room they gave us was clean, but the shower did not drain and the detachable shower head would not stay up. We requested a different room, and they accommodated with no problems. (Sean at the front desk was very nice) The second room had the same issues with the bathroom. The shower did not drain well and the detachable shower head was a joke. That being said, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. There is no continental breakfast and the parking was very limited.
