Something Very Special
This hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the magnificent Hatta mountains.Whilst this may be an older hotel, we certainly could not find fault with the quality of the service, the outstanding meals, the lovely accommodation (huge comfy beds) and beautiful gardens. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and memorable as it was my 50th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble - the chilled bottle of French champagne in the room when we arrived, the elaborate table side salad preparation, the huge grilled lobsters, the perfectly flambe'd prawns and Crep¿¿s on the balcony overlooking the mountains - we couldn't ask for more. Thank you to Albert and his team for whom nothing was a problem and "everything is possible."

Only stopped for lunch but hopefully back for a short break soon.
Had a great lunch with my wife and daughter whilst on a "visa Run" down to the Oman border. Great service, pleasant, unhurried and unfussy service. The food was freshly prepared and tasty, as were the juices.Personally, I opted fro the Thai Beef Salad. Spicy and flavoursome, my wife had the club sandwich and daughter went for grilled chicken.Next time around we'll probably book a short break before the summer heat arrives as the hotel seems a nice place to relax away from the hustle & bustle of Dubai.

Lovely Mid Week Break
Lovely quiet resort with great staff. Chalet rooms are really pretty with a lot of character. Food is good but not excellent. If you are expecting high end Dubai, it is not, however, its a refreshing change. Overall though we had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

Hatta Fort Hotel - an oasis amidst craggy peaks
My wife and I have just had a three day break at the Hatta Fort Hotel. Our overall impression is that we have rediscovered standards of service we both thought had long gone. Each and every one of the staff members we met gave us a sense they had pride in working at the hotel and they were happy to help us. The beautifully manicured grounds, spotlessly maintained are an example to many other establishments. Although the hotel has been open for 32 years, there is still an innate grandeur permeating tithe entire property. Our room, with its stone cladding, felt more like an Alpine Retreat or anAfrican hunting lodge than a desert kingdom's weekend hideaway. Peace and tranquility, quality and personal service, do come and see what I mean.Illite
