Great Family Hotel
We stayed here in March this year with our granddaughter, we had a bad start to the holiday with a 7 hour delay at Heathrow flew with Malaysian Airlines after that every thing went great. Arrived early evening and check in was only 5 mins showed to our room which was on the 3rd floor very spacious and clean.Breakfast was good and fresh the usual options of fresh eggs how ever you liked them cooked plenty of fresh fruit and salads.Lunch was served near the pool usually had a good choice, if you waited until lunch was over you could order burger and fries off the menu (we were all inclusive) Dinner there was always something to have except when everything was fish and the Chinese was fish as well bad timing. You could book free in the Chinese set menu only it was ok if you chose the right night. The best food we had was the Mongolian night once a week cooked in front of you great.The room was cleaned every morning and fresh clean towels but the wife says it was cleaned but not clean.Pool area was clean and the pool was great as the sea was not very clear beach was cleaned every day and plenty of shade, we needed it the first week as the temperature must have been 37 degrees plus not complaining that's what we went for. The soft drinks were all bottles as was the beer and it was very nice too, as we were all inclusive we could not comment on the prices but we thought we took the correct option.We did a day out with the taxi driver who took us when we were in Saur he did us proud again went to elephant riding monkey forest and snorkelling, all at a reasonable price. Also did sea walking that was awesome all in all a very good holiday and would recommend this as a family holiday and a good base to go any where from.The staff were very helpful and all were usually smiling. Have to thank the front desk staff for everything especially when I went to book a late check out the next day, he said you not going home tomorrow it the next day what a surprise (lost the plot) had a laugh and booked late check out free of charge got an extra day LOL.

amazing place
We are balian fans. So we are always to try a new place for a new experience. Last year in June We decided to stay Club Bali Mirage at Tanjung Benoa. What Amazing Hotel We have ever stayed. Closed to beach, just a walk to small supermarkets, restos, even closed to spas. So it was really our perefect holiday. Breakfast was so yummy, we could get what ever we liked. The swimming pool was matching for our daughter. She didn't want to get off from the pool. hahaha. At last we will plan to stay there in next visit. So see you there beloved balian travellers.

great place for rest & relaxation
We stayed here for one night and had a great time. They have a nice beach front. Really enjoyed the many choices for their breakfast buffet and their selection of breads and fruits. The rooms were clean and spacious. We just wished there was no extra charge for wifi in the room. Overall, a great place to stay for rest & relaxation. :)

nice clean modern hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights. The reception staff were helpful and friendly even at 2am when we arrived. We had a suite which was very large and was good value for money. The breakfast is nice, a lot to choose from, although a lot of the fruit wasn't ripe.The pool is a nice size and there are plenty of shaded spots for the seats.The staff always have a smile however they couldn't remember a taxi I requested.The room was clean however we often came back to our room to find ether the cleaning trolley or finished room service trays outside our door, left until about 11am the next morning. We could also hear the phone ring in the room next door as if there were no wall, and it rang frequently!I would recommend this hotel as an affordable option in the Nusa Dua/ Tanjung Benoa area.

Really Good Experience
We stayed 11 days in Club Bali Mirage, we really have to say that the staff is Amazing.The location is great, The buffet is very substantial and there is something for everyone. We enjoyed out stay immensely. No complaints. Definitely a good pick. Highly recommended!
